[This is a private rp for Wolfs Heart, Sei, and Tymiko's characters Azure, Esmèe, and Cassiel. If you would like to join contact either I, Wolfs Heart, or Sei (if she's okay with that).
The setting is in Pae HQ.
God, I hope I did this right ]
The little blue boy, Azure, lay on the couch of Pae Headquarters curled and snugged safely around his teddy bear. His breath was deep and heavy as he slept comfortably. From beneath his strands of reddish-brown hair, a pair of bold blue eyes slowly opened and Azure's eyelashes fluttered like a flickering candle. He opened his mouth wide and yawned as his eyes darted around the room to each and every corner and surface. Once he saw there was nothing different to be seen he slowly sat up and stretched. Azure carefully lowered his feet to the ground and slipped off the couch onto the floor dragging his teddy with him. The toddler was mostly silent, except for breathing sounds and the occasional humming escaping from his lips as he rocked back and forth on the ground, holding teddy close for comfort.

Pae Headquarters. It was such a big place! The Pae'il toddler genius grabbed the nearest handle and pushed herself off the ground, placing her arms out to balance as she started a shaky walk through the headquarters. Mama was over there some place... so Esmèe was perfectly fine with wandering. Mama wouldn't care.
Or so she thought, but pretending that Mama wouldn't care was a good enough justification for the toddler to begin her search of the Headquarters. She happened into a plush room with a couch and some blue Pae'il. Esmèe took a glance at him and blinked, before shrugging. Unfortunately, the adult-like shrug caused her to lose her wobbly balance and fall onto her butt.
"Owwie!"

Azure didn't notice the door to the room swing nudge open, nor did he notice the tiny pae entering after it. However, he did notice the sudden plop on the ground and the air slicing 'ow' of the other toddler as she fell. "You okay?" he asked as he crawled over to the girl. He was very capable of walking over to her, but crawling was his comfort. Azure sat himself on the ground and rubbed his sleepy covered eyes with his hands. "Help?" he asked her offering her his left hand and service, although he wasn't sure if he was axtually able to help her up, like he had seen other, bigger people, do for him. Azure's right hand was still clutched around teddy, who had been dragged across the HQ floor and was now quite dirty.

The blue toddler boy was coming over to her! Esmèe watched him with a tilted head, soon getting over her supposed pain in favor of watching the boy curiously. What was that thing he was dragging around? Her curious question was interrupted by the sound of his questioning. "I okay."
Yes, she was okay, but she needed to get back up now. The toddler looked around for a nearby handle only to find none. She was in the middle of the room with no way to get up--Help? Ah, help! Esmèe nodded eagerly, reaching out to him in hopes that he could pull her up like Mama did.

Azure looked the small pae over once just to double check she was alright. "Otay!" he smiled when she said she was ok. He watched her as she looked around herself. Azure could tell, from his own experiences, that she was looking for something to use to pull herself to her feet. He rolled off his bottom so his knees were on the ground and then slowly pushed himself onto his feet. Azure pointed to the couch. "Couch." He told her as he clumsily walked over to it, hoping she would follow. He knew she could use that to pull herself up. "See?" Azure asked her as he pointed to the couch and put a hand on it. When Azure looked back at her, he realized he had forgotten teddy. "Uh oh..." he said as he slowly walked back to her and grabbed his teddy. "All better..." he smiled happily as he hugged the teddy close to him.

Esmée watched Azure clumsily pull himself up without something to hold onto. How did he do that? The little girl wanted to copy him, but at the same time, she didn't want a real ouchie. So, she crawled over to the couch and grabbed onto the side. With the assistance from the couch, it did not take too long for the little Angelic Pae to get herself off her hands and knees and back on her feet.
Now where did the blue pae go? She tilted her head, looking around to find him. Oh! He was going to get that odd thing he kept dragging around. What was it? Esmée had never seen one of those before...

Azure quickly returned to the girl with a bright smile on his face. He noticed her looking at his teddy and he lifted it up so it was even with his tiny chest. "Mine teddy." He told her as he showed it to the girl. Azure noticed he didn't know who the girl was. He placed his teddy on the ground at his feet and then raised a hand to his chest. "Azure..." he gave her is name, introducing himself as best as he could. Azure hoped she would do the same. He pointed at her next, hoping she would get the hint.

Teddy? So that was what it was? What was a teddy, exactly? Ah, no matter, it was pretty anyway. She nodded at it, a bit fascinated, before the boy's voice cut into her thinking again. Azure, his name was. What did that mean? Ah well, it didn't matter. Getting the hint with ease, Esmée gestured to herself. "I Esmée," the toddler stated, proudly. Then, going on to something totally random, she asked, "Do you ha' sugar?"
Oh no, not again...

"Esmee..." Azure slowly repeated after her. He nodded his head placing the name and the face together so he'd remeber her. To him it was a very interesting name, but he didn't think to much more on that. Azure looked at Esmee thoughtfully after she asked if he had any sugar. "Me? Sugar? I not have..." he told her, he looked around. "Maybe here have sugar. Esplore..." he offered, clapping his hands together. Azure picked up teddy with his hand and was once again dragging him across the room as he headed towards the nearest door. "Come come!" he instructed her as he picked up his wobboly pace.

"Yay, esplore!" The Pae'il Headquarters would probably not have sugar because what it did to little pae like Esmée, but she didn't know that. She just liked getting into the sugar and seeing her mother freak out. It was also fun to bounce off the walls! "I come esplore." Esmée followed the other toddler eagerly, always willing to explore and find something new. Perhaps Azure could even find her some sugar!

Azure looked back to Esmee with a smile from ear to ear. "Esplore! Esplore!" He said excitedly as he jumped up and down a little. Azure leaned on the door to push it open and found himself in a hallway. "Where da... uhm... cook room?" Azure asked her, wondering if she knew. He wasn't even sure if there was a kitchen there. "Gots to make cookies. Cookies like suga'." He told her making an assumption that a kitchen mean't cookies and cookies mean't sugar. "More splorin to find sugar..." Azure quickly nodded his head, then toddled forward at a well enough pace for Esmee to keep up if she struggled with walking.

"Da cook room?" Esmée tilted her head. Where was the cook room? She hadn't seen a room with a cook in it in all of her exploring. Where could the cook room possibly be? ...Well, that was what exploring was for! "Esplore to find cook room." She nodded, bumbling after Azure. Esmée could walk decently... it was only a problem when she tried to move too fast.
"Sugar in here?" The toddler continued her bumbling around, coming up to a random door. She didn't know if it was the right room, but it was a start. Now, if only she could reach that doorknob...

Azure nodded his head quickly, and repeated himself. "Da cook room." He continued to stroll along the hallway looking for an open door or any sign of a nearby kitchen until he realized the Esmee was no longer walking beside him. "Esmee?" he called out to her as he turned around. He was replied with a question if the kitchen was behind that door. "Maybe..." he lifted his shoulders in a shrug and then wandered over to her. Azure looked at the door and pushed at it with his hands, but he used his all body weight, it didn't budge, the doorknob was secure. "Hmm..." Azure mumbled. He glanced up and down the hallway looking for something to climb on, but the hallway was empty except for the two of them. Azure moved closer to the door and lifted both his hands to the knob, he was below reaching it. Azure opened his mouth slightly. He wrapped his arms around Esmee's belly and tried to lift her up, but his arms weren't strong enough to lift someone of his own size. Azure pouted slightly when he realized his idea had failed. "What now?" he asked her, seeing if she had any ideas.

"Wee!" Esmée enjoyed being picked up, even if it only lasted for a few seconds before Azure realized he couldn't possibly continue to lift her up--or even get her off the ground. Ah well, it was fun for the pae toddler while it lasted. Now, the problem was, that didn't solve anything. The purple toddler scrunched her small nose, squinting at the doorknob. Well, she had seen this television show one time, and the babies climbed on top of each other to get out of their playpens... That was it!
The toddler pointed to the ground. "Azure crawl in place." She was trying to tell him to get on his hands and knees, but Esmée couldn't remember what those body parts were really called. "I stand on top."

Azure was disappointed in himself, that he couldn't lift esmee up and he sighed. How ever would they open this door? Azure lifted his tiny blue shoulders in a shrug. He didn't understand her plan, but he had nothing against it either. "Otay..." he agreed as he slowly dropped to the ground so he wouldn't hurt himself. And got into a crawling position. Azure hoped it wouldn't hurt when she stepped on him. He didn't know, he couldn't recall ever being stepped on. "Otay, you on top!" He realized that she was using him as if he were a chair. He finally got it.
