Physical Description: Sigvard wouldn’t be caught dead looking anything but his absolute best at all times. He takes an hour long shower in order to take a walk down the street. Appearance is everything to him and as such he takes very good care of himself. He is slim and a little scrawny (though he would never admit to being scrawny, he calls it ‘lean’); he prides himself on his slender figure. He refers to bulky, muscular men as “de creepy steroid abusers” and thinks of himself as much better looking. His manicured nails are almost an inch long each and almost always covered in some sort of gloss. His toenails are shorter but get the same treatment; you never know when you’ll have to wear sandals (Sweden could have a sandal craze sometime, right? It isn’t THAT cold.). He looks very much like the stereotypical image of a Swede – blonde hair, blue eyes, fair skin – and he is most certainly proud of that too. He doesn’t do any heavy physical work aside from his daily run and is thus scar-free. Good thing, too, he would probably cry if he marked up his skin like that. His hair is longer than most boys like to keep it, down to his waist, in fact. It is very straight and he brushes his hair at least twice a day to keep it knot-free. He will not leave the house on a bad hair day.
Much to the disgust of animal rights organizations around the world, 90% of Sigvard’s wardrobe was once the skin of an animal. He models fur for a very prestigious Swedish company and most of his clothes come from them. A fur hat, fur coat, fur lined gloves, pants, boots…at any moment there may be one hundred dead animals on his person, though he prefers not to word it in such a manner. His colors of choice are white or light blue, but red and purple are also acceptable.
Personality: If you were to look up the word narcissist in the dictionary you would probably find Sigvard’s picture there. Perhaps because he was over-praised (being a model isn’t exactly a humbling career), he is proud of himself to a quite annoying degree. He loves himself and he is also quite popular with the ladies – too bad the ladies aren’t really who he wants to be popular with. He doesn’t just admire himself; however, he admires beauty of all kinds. His house is decorated with art and sculptures of all kinds. He is also quite generous with his compliments, with others as much as himself. If someone is wearing a nice pair of shoes, rest assured that the world will be aware of it.
He is also a pacifist, he doesn’t like to fight or lose his temper, and he usually doesn’t. No matter what comes up he usually has a smile on his face and waves anything off as “minor difficulty”. Sometimes this is a huge under reaction to major world issues, so it’s a good thing that it isn’t a models job to resolve the problems of the world. Even insults don’t make him angry, he says mean people can just go away and he wants nothing to do with them. The only things that get him mad are his own failures, or being humiliated. Having his appearance ruined counts as a humiliation.
Sigvard is unusually excitable and energetic – anything from a bad pun to a nice pair of gloves will send him into a fit of joy. He especially enjoys traveling to different countries and strutting his stuff there (he’s been to Britain, Japan, Germany, France, and Greece), though he would like to learn many different languages he is only fluent in Swedish and English. Every time he tries to learn anything else he usually gets distracted and gives up on it for a while. He’s a spur of the moment type of guy, not one to make plans and stick to them. That would be much too restrictive. Sigvard sure is a…free spirit. Yes.
He quite clearly has Narcissistic Personality Disorder, but denies it completely.
History:
Sigvard was born into a well-known and fairly rich Swedish family and he's practically had life handed to him on a silver platter. He had only the best education and was sent overseas to study and learn new languages, but he never really cared about academics. He was frequently disliked by his classmates as even though he rarely paid attention in class he still managed to get good grades.
He spent most of his time indulging in his personal interests, such as shopping or reading (mostly magazines). He had more girly interests and was generally more feminine than other guys his age, though he wasn't picked on for it. In fact throughout his teenage years he had girls practically throwing themselves at his feet in hopes that he would go out with them. He was usually seen by the public as a classy and sensitive man who knew how to pamper a significant other.
Unfortunately for them he was a total narcissist and the only person he was really interested in pampering was himself, even if he could appreciate that other people could be 'pretty', he'd never admit that someone else was as pretty as him.
That attitude didn't go over well with most of his dates and he rarely got passed one or two dates before being single again. His response? "Some people do not appreciate ze finer things in life!"
What better career for a narcissist than a model? Sigvard always had interest in modeling and (with a bit of financial bribery) hit the big time. Though not one of the super-rich millionaire types (mainly due to Sweden's high tax rate, which he doesn't have a problem with), he can get by and have a relatively high-class lifestyle with only a few modeling shoots per month, though he always tries to get as much as he can. He doesn't ask for as much money as some of the other desirable models, not because he feels he is worth less, but because he wants as many people to see him as possible no matter what he gets paid for it.
Sigvard is currently still single and doing well. Like most others with Narcissistic Personality Disorder, he hasn't bothered or seen the need to seek therapy.
Random Facts:
-His favorite singer is Japanese superstar Gackt.
-He has loved the Pippi Longstocking series since he was a kid because "zat spunky redheaded girl ees so cute!"
-Surrealism is his favorite type of art. Also, portraits of himself, preferably not in surrealism.
-He loves swimming but despite Sweden's cold weather does not like to ice skate.
-Alpaca wool is his favorite clothing material.
-He once had two dogs - a Doberman named Siegfried and a Chihuahua named Roy.
-He doesn't like TV because it has too many commercials, but he likes to watch DVDs. His favorite Swedish movie is Sanger Fran Andra Vaningen. His favorite foreign film is Grave of the Fireflies.
-Despite not caring all that much, Sigvard graduated high school near the top of his class.

Animal:Peacock White?! What?
No, white peacocks aren't albino. The white color is a naturally occurring color mutation that, aside from the odd coloring, has no other effect on the peacock. White peacock chicks can be produced by a normal-colored peacock and peahen, though some breeders exclusively breed white-colored peafowl.
Why?
Well...Peacocks are stereotypically portrayed as very vain, strutting around and showing off their tail feathers. Sigvard does that too, minus the bit about the feathers. I chose the white-colored peacock because Sigvard is pretty darn pale already and...well, I think they're pretty >:
Okay, so...what do these things do?
You know. Bird things. They're ground-dwelling birds, and though it would be cool to see a bunch of peacocks flying around they can't go very high.
Peafowl are omnivorous, eating anything from seeds to insects and even some reptiles and amphibians.
Some people like to keep peacocks as pets, but I don't think you really want to keep Sigvard around for that long.

How does he get to the island anyways?
Sigvard's doom is caused by the deadliest of sins: Pride. He was called and asked to model some...new, exotic furs of a new design that had never been seen before. The gig promised to expose him to an entirely new, untapped audience. Naturally, he said yes. However...
"Would you like to get even more attention from this?"
The words were said in a whispery oh-so-dramatic voice that made it sound like the next request that would be asked f Sigvard would be both grand and sneaky, two of his favorite things. Had he said no, he would've never heard from the so-called fashion agency again. Of course, being himself, he said yes.
The plan was that he would tell the world he was retiring from modeling in order to 'find himself', and that he was going off on his own for a while. Then, after everything is ready, shock the world by making a comeback. New and improved, so to speak.
Of course, the world could be losing Sigvard for longer than he'd originally thought...

So Far, everything in here looks pretty good, your character is different and interesting, be amusing if on his trips to the US that PETA tried to throw a bucket of red paint on him!

I don't wanna be stepping on anyone's toes here, so anyone have suggestions for other animals?

Well, just because they started questing for an animal before you doesn't mean they reserve it. You can still quest for the peacock, but you should definitely come up with some backups!
I'm thinking...Manatee. Or Naked Mole Rat. twisted
