REQUIREMENTS:
- You must be a Negima! fan of course! Or? At least interested and willing to learn about the series. - Must be a positive contribution to the guild (by following rules & regulations).

(Shop must be approved by the Captain.) - Keep posts to a PG-13 level. Profanity should be censored. - Spoilers are to be written in white font, with a label somewhere that says something along the lines of: The following sentence is a spoiler to "such and such" episode or volume. - Don't intimidate new members. sweatdrop Welcoming new members is encouraged. - Spelling and grammar is important. It keeps your posts presentable and professional. - Pictures can only be up to PG-13 level. Any form of hentai and such are through PMs. - Pictures containing spoilers, or any sexual themes, should be linked and labelled accordingly. - Refer to the Gaia Rules & Guidelines, or consult a guild moderator, if you have anymore concerns. - Advertising of other guilds is a no unless they are in alliance with us.

LABELING YOUR RP
All members that start new threads that require people to role play in them, can decided whether they want it to follow the 'RP Format' or not. There will be 2 kinds of RP:
1. Ruled RP
Ruled RP means: - All members must follow the 'RP Format' - A storyline has been planned by topic starter, and you must consult that person if you wish to take any Negima character roles to see if they are available, reserved or restricted. - No bumps or unrelated posts to the RP allowed - No godmoding
2. Free RP
Free RP means: - The RP doesn't quite follow any type of storyline - Everyone is allowed to participate as any character (that isn't already taken, first come first serve) - 'RP Format' may be ignored - No bumps or unrelated posts to the RP allowed - No Godmoding
As we all know... Godmoding is a sin in the world of RP. No one likes a Godmoder - a person who pretends to be all strong & almighty.
Warping is banned. (Being at more than one place in the RP at the same time inexplicably) If anyone does this, it shall be considered unfair and unjust. Unless your character is a powerful magician etc. (you must include a full background on how your character came to be so powerful though, otherwise it'll be considered Godmoding). If you choose to warp, then you shall take the place of the rule and be banned yourself. THIS post IS the warning.

REGARDING NAME CHANGES...
If anyone has changed their name, they must PM the Captain or Co-Captain a notification so that they can change your name on a donator's list etc. if something regards you. Thank you.
PROBATION LIST:

If you see any of them re-breaking the rules or ignoring their probation, report this immediately to the Captain or Co-Captain. (The reason for probation for will be stated beside their name):
None
BAN LIST:
The following people are banned from this guild. Reasons will be stated beside their name. The chances of them of getting back in the guild are slim to none:
None
Lets hope no one should have to be banned. Be good ok? ^__^?

GUILD CLEANUP INFORMATION:
Every 1-2 month, old topics that aren't Negima related will be deleted. Five days before deleting these posts, a crew member will make an announcement in this forum of the names of the threads being deleted. However, if someone is banned from the guild, clean-up will start (at most) 3 days prior to the ban. Any topics that were made by the ex-member, which are not Negima-related, will be deleted. Any RPs made by the ex-member will either be deleted, or must be taken over by another member. If you wish to take over that thread, contact the Captain or Co-Captain immediately. Any RPs that the ex-member was in, will either have to be edited so that the ex-member's character never existed, or that the character had to go away somewhere. When this is done, crew members will presume a regular clean-up. This way, you know when to save topics or view them for the last time if they mean anything to you. If you wish for a topic remain on the forum for some reason, contact the Captain or Co-Captain.
Due to guilds being able to create subforums, we encourage members to fill them all ^_^ Unless a thread contains something that breaks the rules (or is a repeat thread), it won't be deleted.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: How do I join a Role Play(RP)?
A: Easy! Just read the first post of the person who started it. All the info you need to know should be there. Like time, location, who's already participating etc. Then browse/skim & scan through some of the last few posts in that thread to know what's happening.... Or, you can ask the creator of the thread what's going on. It is the duty of the RP manager to do so.
Q: How do I make an RP?
A: First... If you're not experienced in RPing, you should join other RPs before making your own. Follow the example of other RP starters. Usually in the first post, one states the mission/problem, where the story will take place, the time and other information you wish to include. Make sure that you're active in your RP, because you'll be responsible for telling newcommers what has happened so far if they ask. This is why it's a good idea to include a summary on the first page.
Q: What should I do with the people who are messing up my RP?
A: You yourself could handle the situation and kindly ask the person not to participate if you feel it could go better without them. If the person does not co-operate, tell one of the guild leaders or founders about the problem and who is doing it. It has to be a valid reason though, as you can't kick people out of an RP just because you dislike them.
Q: Who should I talk to if someone is being mean to me?
A: This guild promotes friendship. We hope that all members can co-operate together and chat like we were all family/friends. However, if someone is being mean to you, you should talk to a crew member. We'll try finding out reasons, in hopes of solving the problem.
Q: What are guild alliances for? Am I obliged to join those other guilds?
A: No, you don't HAVE to join, but it'd be nice if you did. Alliances are usually formed once a founder of a guild becomes friends with another. We try making the community bigger, so that we may recieve more members which means more friends smile We also have alliance, in hopes that it could help once the battle system is implemented into Gaia. We could try holding friendly tournaments between guilds... depending on how everything works out.
Q: If I hold a contest, does that count for anything?
A: Definately! If someone holds a contest in this guild and gives away money or prizes, I'm going to count it as a donation to the guild. 'Cause the guild does work for it's members!
Note: If you have any other questions, PM the Captain.
