They're a prog band. A great prog band, at that. 3nodding And I was wondering if anyone else here liked them as much as I do. (For those who are unfamiliar with their music, here's an example) Eyes of A Stranger

Queensryche is awesome, man.
"Operation: Mindcrime" and "Silent Lucidity" are two of my favorite songs from them.

I'm not sure which album "Silent Lucidity" is on... would it be their title album or The Warning?

Actually, it's on their album, "Empire," but it's also on "Classic Masters," "Live Evolution," and their greatist hits album.
It's a great acoustic song. I love it.

I love Queensryche. Favourite songs are Empire, Eyes of a Stranger and I see in infra red, and Promised Land.
Got in to them about the same time as I did Dream Theater

Sorry, my knowledge of their tracks are fairly limited sweatdrop ... but I opened the thread because I wondered if anyone else in the guild liked them. And I'm glad that you and babalonsatene have proved that I'm not the only one.

I always thought that was cool.

Nuh-uh, they've been around a long, long time. (By that, I mean late 80's - present)
