Hiya all. It's good to be here, you're a lovely crowd. blaugh
I'm Karen. I'm a 35 year old waitress/cook/all around door mat at a little pizzeria here in Columbus, OH. I live with my boyfreind of seven years...I call him my husband, Our three cats and a traumatized Betta fish. The cats spend a lot of time trying to get into his tank. rofl
I'm a gamer, spend way too much of my time playing games. Medal of Honor, Halo, Final Fantasy, Zelda and yes...Animal Crossing. I have a problem. rofl
I still have my NES and SNES. LOL and I still use them.
I'm also an author. I've had a few pieces of poetry published in the past. Last year XBOX magazine published a guide I wrote for TES Oblivion in their anual Strategy Guide. I was the only fan written guide to make it in. Still tooting my own horn. blaugh
I'm working on my first novel now, a gothic fiction, my take on vampires I suppose. It'll be a bestseller....if I ever finish it. heh.
What makes me feel old?? All the new Doctor Who fans who don't realise the series started in 1963. rolleyes been watching since I was 5. I am a true geek. rofl
