BTW, this is an AU with some Naruto characters.
Setting
In this world, some people are gifted with psychic powers. The main three are telepathy, teleportation, and telekinesis. Telekinesis is the most common as well as most varied. There are people who can "bend" certain elements. This process is called special telekinesis. The three most common are Earth, Water, and Fire. Air used to be prominent as well, but many airbenders were killed in a genocide during the Pyro's War that happened almost 50 years ago. The rarest elements are Plant (even though it's technically not an element) and Darkness. Nexuses can control two or more opposite elements. They are extremely rare.
The story takes place in a school for Special Telekinetics. It is housed in a large plantation style house several miles outside of town. The town is run by a council of elected officials, mostly from old blood families.

Seniors (All original.)
Adish
A pyro. He has fly away red hair that almost always has flames licking the ends of the spikes. Pale of skin, with a smattering of freckles. Athletic, he follows Football (as in American Football) and Baseball closely. Instead of the regular sit down meditation that all the seniors do after every meal, he does Staff Meditation with Mika. He and Mika are an item. Is best friends with Silas. Has gained the nickname "Mr. Pyro." Not too good with academic classes, but he's awesome with sports. He always has a big grin on his face, and is always ready with a bad joke. His habit of playing pranks has lessened a bit, but the door to the Boy's Hall needs to be replaced every few months because of his habit of burning graffiti onto it. His bad point in his personality is that he says hurtful things without realizing it. Very rarely, he will fly into a burning rage with little or no notice.
Silas
A young man with the rare plant affinity. He has brown hair, brown skin, and green eyes. When he walks by a plant, it reaches out to him on it's own accord. He is a calm sort, who loves to joke around with Adish. He regularly travels to the farms in the area to help them manage their crops better. He manages the large garden in the back of the school. Does sit down meditation after every meal. He is average in academics, but doesn't really like sports. The bad point in his personality is that he tends to argue philosophy a bit too loudly with Fonda, who he won't admit he's in love with.
Fonda
A powerful earth type. Holds the position of the most advanced in all the school. Short and stocky, she has black hair, pale skin, and dark eyes. Can manipulate metal as well as stones. If she stays still on dirt or stone for a little while, she'll gradually begin to sink downward. She collects crystals and fossils. She also does sit down meditation after every meal. Her academics are above average, but she's horrible at sports. Argues philosophy with Silas, who she also won't admit she loves. She and Mika play at being rivals, but they're really best friends. The bad point in her personality is that she's way to stubborn. She does have a kind heart, though.
Mika
Her affinity is the uncommon lightning. When she first came to the school, she had to be locked up in a little room until she gained control of her temper. She has dark blond hair that she wears in a bun. Her skin is pale, and her eyes are blue. Her bun almost always has sparks flying off it. After every meal, she does staff meditation with Adish. She and Adish are an item. Her and Fonda play at being rivals, but are really best friends. Her academics are pretty poor, but she excels in sports. She and Adish both religiously follow American Football and Baseball. She's constantly cheerful and smiling. Her bad point in her personality is her temper.
Juniors (mostly original)
Brooks.
A nice guy, his element is water. He almost always has a pool of water sloshing around his feet. Strangely, he cannot use ice. He looks like your typical Pacific Islander. He and Ikan always do their post meal sit down meditation together. He and Ikan are quietly in love. He and Momj are good friends. He is average in academics but hates sports, except swimming. He is a regular fixture in the pool in the backyard all summer. He keeps up a smooth facade, always slipping out of the hands of someone who wants to get beneath the surface. He doesn't really have a bad point in his personality.
Ikan
He is an ice prince. Strangely he cannot use liquid water. Whenever he enters a room, the temperature drops a few degrees. He can go out in below zero weather in short sleeves and barefoot. He always freezes his food before he eats it. His hair is white-blond, and his eyes pale blue. He and Brooks carry out their love unobtrusively. He considers his precious people to be Brooks, Darice, and Momj, and will glare at or throw an icicle at anyone who bothers them. Approves of Darice and Momj's relationship. He and Darice grew up in the same town. He is indifferent at both academics and sports. The bad point in his personality is his icy exterior.
Darice
She has the very rare affinity of darkness. She is nocturnal and shadows always gather around her. She has very dark skin, and dark hair and eyes. She and Momj are in love, but their relationship is still in the early stages. She and Ikan grew up together. She loves video games, especially non violent RPGs. She is good at academics but hates sports. The bad point in her personality is her shyness.
Momj
His element is wind. Adish says that he's too tall for his own good... and he's right. Momj is a lanky seven feet and has a disease that causes weakness of the limbs and constant coughing. Winds always tug at his hair and clothes. He and Darice are in love, but their relationship is a new one. He is shy. He can scry the wind, both with images and sounds. He is a math genius, but fails PE every time. His place whenever the is good is on the front porch hammock, swaying in the breeze. The bad point in his personality is his tendency to go off on tangents during conversation.
Azula
A double focus, (lightning and fire) she skipped a few grades. (You all know what she looks like.) An all around genius who excels at everything. Regularly picks on the underclassmen. Is very scornful of Ordinaries (those without powers). Heavily favored by her father, one of the town's most prominent counselors.
Sophomores
Katara
A bit of a water prodigy, she was self taught before coming to the school. Her brother moved into town and goes to the high school there. They're originally from "up north". She is confident. She is pretty good in both academics and sports. She's a fast learner.
Zuko
Son of one of the town's counselors. His father was abusive, giving him his scar. (You all know what it looks like.) Wears his hair short. (As in, mid second season hair.) Even though she's younger than him, his sister Azula always takes advantage of him. Has difficulty in almost everything, but always pulls through. Is collectively called "Flamescar" by the upperclassmen, but his sister insists on calling him "Zuzu".

Freshmen
Aang
A fire-water-earth-air nexus. A young Buddhist monk spending a year in the US. His primary is air. Energetic, he's still learning to manipulate fire. Wants Momj to teach him to scry. Has a major crush on Katara.
Toph
Blind, stubborn, and a bit of a snob. Ran away from her rich family to study at the school. Is learning to manipulate metal as well as rocks.
Sasuke
Son of a murded clan, he cares about nothing except getting strong enough to get revenge on his brother, killer of his clan and a rogue pryo. However, his special kenisis isn't anything special. He's more of a physical fighter.
