Does anyone have any idea?
I think that they give some hints now and then but does anyone know where exactly? Huzzah! <3

they have said it a few times on the show but i just cant recall if u want to find out mabye watch season 1

I was watching some interview about and they said that it's not in any specific place, just anywhere your imagination wants it to be.
I saw west.
No snow, no accent, and not Miami
(( For the Last one I remember either J.D. or the Janitor saying that they should relocate to Miami.))

I told my mother that if I had to go to the hospital I wanted to go to Sacred Hearts. I asked where she thought it was, she said it would probably, if it existed, be in Indiana.

Yeah, there is no specific location. The show never states it, and the creator likes the ambiguity. XD

I think Sacred Heart is a general hospital located in lots of places around the US atleast. I know I have one down here in Florida. But florida is nothing like what they show, at least where I am at.
As for the one in the show, your guess is as good as mine.

There is no location but I think it might be in California, somewhere there. There was this website I went on that discussed this topic in it also said it was for the audience to decide. To each his own I guess.

Actually, if you watch the episode where Dr. Cox has to be a paramedic, his jacket says New Jersey.

That is a good point. But that could be a jacket for his hometown or a football (or is it hockey?) team. Which is probable since Dr. Cox loves football (hockey?).

New Jersey? Probably the Nets. But that doesn't mean he's FROM Jersey.
