Well, like the title says what things have you realized while you were meditating. Also you can disscuss:
What do you think about in order to get started on your meditations?
Where do you like to meditate?
How often do you meditate?

One thing I realized during my meditations is that in order to make a dramatic change, it dose not have to be overnight, you may not even live to see it into fruition. An example is this:
There's an old saying the the seed dosen't fall far from the tree. I was meditating and that popped into my mind. Then I thought, what if that seed grew up and sewed other seeds? After many generations, that tree-family line could travel anywhere. Another thing I realized is that out of one tree can come a forest and out of a forest a whole new ecosystem. I am now taking this knowledge and attempting to apply it to every moral, aspect, and act of my life.

So, in conclusion, we would love to hear any revalations you've had during meditation 3nodding

I don't know if I can explain
this very well, but whilst I am
meditating, which I do whenever
my mind needs some time to
"reboot," so to say, I think about
space... I always find myself
"flying" or "floating" in a way...
It is difficult for me to explain,
but, I am usually "in the clouds"
or "racing through space."

Sometimes I realize how cluttered my mind can get.. o.o I like meditation because I can finally get to shut it off.. and I often wake up with a clearer, more refeshed, more sane perspective on things..

I mediate as often as I feel the need to.. sometimes quite often, sometimes not so much.. I usually tend to meditate when I'm really sad or stressed out and feel the need to pick myself up off the ground, so to speak.

I usually focus on the breath.. sometimes I'll focus on something else like music, or do a guided meditation..

I have a meditation song...oma latta chia ama latta chia oma latta chia oma latta chia

i realized you can feel memories at the stage just before you reach the deepest piece of your medatation...really

Ayri^eagle
has anyone else felt the memories?

I am not quite sure if I completely understand
the concept of these "memories." Could you
explain it a little deeper, in the easiest way
possible for you? It would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your time. -[Haruko]

well, when you are there meditating, there are these feelings, leftover pieces of memories from the far past. I guess.

Wow... sounds deep... I am curious
as to whether or not I may have
experienced such awe-inspiring things.

Well, you see, I am never sure...
I am somewhat afraid to claim
these "memories" for my own
when I still refer to myself as a
"practicing Buddhist." I don't
know... I just don't want to be a
hypocrite or a liar... -[Haruko]
