Introduction
Hello all. This roleplay is based off the amazing anime Ah! My Goddess! If you have not heard about it, then I suggest you check it out. If you are interested then I invite you to scroll down and check out the characters and the story. I believe you will find it intriguing, at least.

Story/Background
The setting of Ah! My Goddess! is in modern-day Japan. Keiichi Morisato, a young freshman attending Nekomi Institute of Technology, is always having bad luck. No matter how nice he is, bad luck is still bestowed upon him. His luck, being always bad, has led him to be one of the most miserable human beings alive, in the eyes of the Gods and Goddesses. If it were not for the Star of Misery, then he probably would have never had the bad luck he has. One night, after he had been left alone to guard over the apartment complex while his sempai's were out, a goddess contacted him by way of phone. Keiichi was quite surprised by the response he received. She went by the name Belldandy, and she told him that she was from the Goddess releif agency, telling Keiichi that she'd be right down to give him his consultation. Belldandy came through Keiichi's mirror, scaring the living daylight out of him. She explained who she was again, then told him why she was here. The Goddess Releif Agency focuses on people's lives who are miserable, coming down to Earth to meet them and to give them one wish. It could be for anything. Power, money, women. Keiichi had fallen under the grace of heaven because he had a kind heart and he did not rightfully deserve the pain he had been through and so he was entitled to one wish, and one only. What Keiichi had wished for, was for Belldandy to stay with him...forever...
Setting:
It is morning. Everyone in the home where Keiichi and the others live are waking up, getting ready for another day. The characters have already all met, and have been living under one roof for a while now, so they know each other pretty well. Basically it is set after all of the characters of Ah! My Goddess! have met.

Rules
1. Follow all Gaia rules.
2.Romance is allowed between made-ups, but the canons should only have the romances that are already set by the series. Keep it PG-13, no cybering.
3.BE LITERATE!
4.Make sure to read the original chracters in order to know who they are, and what they are there for, unless you have already watched the anime.
5.ALL made-up profiles have to be given to me over a pm, no exceptions. Also pm me to secure a spot as one of the canons.
6.It would benefit the roleplay if posts were at least three sentences(although you don't have to. it just makes the rp go better. oh and one thing: NO ONE LINERS, unless you cant help it.)
7. No posting and running, and no asking for donations or randomly posting banners. It is alright to have them in siggy, as long as you are actually rping.
8. Put 'Ah! Keiichi-san!' at the end of your profile so that i know that you have read the rules.

Skuld
Skuld is Belldandy's younger sister and is the third Goddess to appear to Keiichi, a rather late appearing member of the Oh My Goddess! cast. Skuld ranks as Goddess second class, type one, limited license, a category similar to her oldest sister Urd. Skuld is Yggdrasil's system debugger, but is also a notable codebreaker. She compensates for her lack of magic with her talent for invention which is known throughout Heaven. Skuld seems to be a scientific genius, capable of building just about anything out of the most mundane parts under most limited resources. She can compute equations and redesign even the most complex engineering blueprints in no time. She arrived to earth due to Belldandy's relationship with Keiichi causing havoc by generating increasing number of Yggdrasil bugs everyday. At least that was her official excuse, as she believed Belldandy was living with Keiichi against her will. She is lonely and wants Belldandy to return to Heaven because of this. After realizing that Belldandy's relationship with Keiichi is not going to end any time soon, Skuld decides to stay on Earth. Skuld is overprotective of Belldandy and interprets anyone having any kind of intimite relationship with her an attempt to steal Belldandy from her. She makes an effort to limit Belldandy's and Keiichi's relationship. Skuld also doesn't appear to get along with her oldest sister, Urd perhaps because Urd is somewhat the opposite of Belldandy.
Belldandy
Belldandy is the Goddess of the present, and licensed as first-class, unlimited. Her powers are regulated by an earring that she wears and her quiet and considerate personality. She is unflinchingly kind, patient, and warm, not only to Keiichi but to everyone, without exception. As a Goddess, she has numerous powers, including the ability to travel through mirrors and the power of flight. Due to a slight difference in her physical makeup compared to humans, Belldandy replenishes her energy by sleeping, although she may eat for enjoyment and loves preparing meals for others. However, drinking Cola will render her drunk. Like her sisters, she helps manage the Yggdrasil system. Her Angel, is named Holy Bell. Her powers are linked to wind and air. Belldandy is exceptionally kind, going so far as to allow Marller to escape, rather than sealing her away, since "that would too harsh, even for a demon" --- she is always willing to give someone a second chance. About the only person Belldandy does not give the benefit of the doubt to is her sister Urd, whom she knows is a meddlesome busybody. Belldandy is slow to anger, but she is very protective of Keiichi, and is angered when he is placed in danger. Belldandy is also a trifle naive, being unused to certain Earth customs and often does not recognize a con-job until it's a bit too late.
Urd
Urd is Belldandy's older sister and is the second Goddess to appear to Keiichi. Urd ranks as Goddess second class, management category limited license, similar to her youngest sister Skuld. She is the Yggdrasil System Administrator and Manager. Although her powers exceed those of her sisters, she was relegated with a second class ranking due to, what she claims, her tendency to lie; however, the real reason that she dropped the first class license examination is because she was asked why she wanted to be a first class goddess. She only wanted power to protect her sisters, not power to protect all beings (as a first class goddess would do). Urd has extensive knowledge of potion lore. Urd recharges her energy by drinking sake and travels via television screens. She bears the emblem of the past. She came to Earth to spur Keiichi onward with love potions and well-meaning, but as punishment for deserting her post and for using her powers on Earth without authorization, God banished her from Heaven until further notice. Because of this Urd is half-Goddess and half-Demon, reflected in the half-white, half-black appearance of her Angel, World of Elegance. Urd falls asleep right away whenever Enka(a song) is played. Unlike her younger sister Belldandy, Urd is very impulsive and headstrong. Belldandy describes Urd as being very passionate about everything she does. Urd is a great believer in the idea that the 'End justifies the Means', although, as Belldandy puts it: "...she gets so wrapped up in the means that she forgets what the end was." Thus, Urd is impulsive, often acting first without fully considering the consequences. She is also a constant meddler, seemingly unable to leave well enough alone. Finally, Urd is short tempered, and is rather easy to irritate and anger. Urd is also prone to lying, something a goddess supposedly can't do. For a goddess, Urd seems to have an amazing tendency to have her plans backfire. Quite often, something will happen to louse up whatever scheme she's currently cooked up. Usually, Urd's unlucky predicaments manifest from an excessive use of raw power to solve any problem.
Morisato Keiichi
Keiichi is a student of the Nekomi Institute of Technology and a member of the NIT Motor Club. One day Keiichi accidentally dialed the Goddess Assistance Agency. Before he could begin to comprehend what on earth was going on the beautiful Goddess Belldandy warped into Keiichi's dorm to grant him a wish. Convinced his sempais are playing a prank on him as he has no luck with girls, Keiichi wishes for a girl like Belldandy to be by his side forever. Much to his surprise his wish is granted. Ever since, the two have been together. Belldandy's presence attracted a lot of attention not just in the mortal realm. Even though he may seem indecisive and very shy, when it comes to love he is very reliable. He is a very skilled mechanic and an exceptional race driver. Keiichi�s sister is Megumi Morisato. Simply put, Keiichi is a nice guy. He tries to be nice to everyone, and doesn't like to see anyone hurt, or hurt anyone himself. However, Keiichi isn't stupid (though sometimes quite gullible), and can (and will) speak out if the situation calls for it. Keiichi's pure and innocent personality also puts him in the middle of an unusual love relationship. While he understands he loves Belldandy (and she loves him as well), he sometimes has a difficult time expressing his feelings. Finally, he also seems to exhibit unadulterated purity in his actions; he helps out others in need, he rarely complains about setbacks, and always attempts to be truthful about any situation.
Marller
Marller was once the childhood friend of the goddesses who are the main characters, though now she's a demon. Urd and Marller used to be very good friends, but got separated when Urd chose for her good side. Though Marller is the arch-rival of the goddesses she likes being with them. Her actual duty is to increase the market share of the demons on earth, her main duty should be signing demonic contracts with humans and her side duties includes ruining the activities of the goddesses, disrupting the efforts of the goddesses and to make them suffer. However, she normally forgets about her main duty and only goes around doing the side duties because she had decided in the very beginning of her appearance that the market share will become 100% when the goddesses are all gone from this part of the market. Marller has three weaknesses: She can't stand good luck charms, has loathing of garlic (similar to vampires), and she can't stop dancing when she hears rock music. Marller is a dirty and displeasing character, but certainly isn't evil. She seems more determined and mischievous than cruel, and felt she was abandoned when Urd chose to become a goddess in full, knowing that it would most likely lead to her having to end her friendship. This past situation and her duties as a demon make her have a slight case of tunnel vision in that she seems to regard ruining the lives of the goddesses a top priority.
Toraichi Tamiya, and Otaki Aoyama
These two are the leaders of the Motor Club that Keiichi is involved with. They are also the main two people who run the dorm that Keiichi had residence in in the first episodes of the anime. They are both very outgoing, and frankly, a little weird. They have great knowledge of anything that is mechanical.
Morisato Megumi
She also attends the Nekomi Institute of Technology (NIT), like Keiichi. She is also a very skilled mechanic and even went against Skuld in a robot construction. She is also a part of the Motor Club. Generally, Megumi acts like a teenager, albeit with a mature attitude about things. However, she can still descend into a far more childish temperament of silly remarks and competition. Her primary concern seems to be advancing in life, although she isn't obsessive about it. This manifests more as a desire to work, and she apparently holds a number of club positions at her college. Finally, although she won't admit it, Megumi has a strong respect for Keiichi and Belldandy's mechanical skills.
Hasegawa Sora
Sora Hasegawa is one of the members of the Nekomi Tech Motor Club. A rather timid, mousy girl, she looks up to Keiichi and Belldandy. Throughout the series, the two help her overcome her lack of confidence and believe in herself. She also has a crush on Toshiyuki Aoshima.
Mishima Sayoko
Sayoko is a rich and popular girl at Keiichi's school. When Belldandy appears she gets all of the attentions of the guys, instead of Sayoko. Mishima begins to get jealous of Belldandy and wants to make her upset by seducing Keiichi, even though she (supposedly) does not have any interest in him. Also, Sayoko doesn't have any real friends, she hangs around with her cousin Aoshima or sometimes with the guys from the motor club. Aside from her obvious narcissism, Sayako is quite the carefree sort, and pretty much does as she pleases, regardless of what others may think of her actions. She's young enough (and attractive enough) to get away with quite a bit, and most people treat her merely as a nuisance and not really a real friend (which is not to say she is one, but that almost no one takes her seriously). However, for all her carefree manner, Sayako seems to have a fear of being alone, or more likely, being left without attention.
Peorth
A part of the Earth Help Center, Peorth seems to be a rival of Belldandy, both for Keiichi and for other goddess qualifications. Peorth is also a Goddess First-class, Second Category, Unlimited, much like Belldandy, although her role seems to be different. In the movie, she is a system administrator for Yggdrasil. She harbors a deep resentment towards Belldandy because of an incident that occurred while both were debugging Yggdrasil. A bug invaded Peorth's body, but Belldandy was able to eliminate it. However, Belldandy reported the removal of the bug as a team-effort instead of an individual effort. This was a huge blow to Peorth's pride as she believed that Belldandy was pitying her; in truth, Belldandy would not have been able to isolate the bug had it not invaded Peorth's body. Peorth also seems to annoy Urd and Skuld to no end, but she has a soft spot for Keiichi. Her magic is based on the element of Earth, and indeed her angel is Gorgeous Rose. Her transportation link is a camera lens. At certain times, Peorth may speak a bit of French. Peorth, like Urd, is a system administrator of Yggdrasil. Peorth is always cool and confident, even when faced with difficult situations. Her only emotional confrontation seems to be trying to fulfill "Keichi's heart's desire". This drive, though, is still controlled by a calm forefront, as she exhibits the intelligent process of constructing an elaborate plan. She also remains confident in her skills, though, and eagerly engages in situations that would be considered immature for her age, going so far as to present herself as arrogant. Finally, Peorth is very business-like and serious when it concerns matters of great importance. She knows how to present herself in an upright, opinionated manner, and never allows external conflicts to get in the way.

These characters are the ones you create to throw into the storyline. Almost any kind of character will go, as long as you stick to a few guidelines.
