First i would like to thank Redfoest for reninding me that these are magical creatures with abilities. i knoew this, but i never thought till now that we should discuss those. So this is a place to say what you think a Kitsu-Usa ought to be able to do, and what magical abilities the different types should have. Ready... and... go!

wow.. i'm totally blanking out here....
diferent types should definately have diferent abilities... and demonics should have different powers from angelics...
When I think of more I'll let you know!

Well, first off, i am so happy that my intuative sences have recovered the ancient knowledge of kitsuen powers that have been passively used by the kitsu since their beginning, gods and some advanced heroes should be able to call fourth these abilities.
Myths on the kitsuen abbilities:
(the older they are the more controle they have over this)
Dark- fade with shadows, demonic possesion
Light- source of light, cast out shadows
Fire- withstand heat, limited flight, radiate heat
Water- breathe under water, controle over water
Earth- bend the earth, comune with creatures of other genus
Thunder- controle static fields, limited flight
Wind- flight, power over wind
Mixes-
ex: fire wind, flight, powerfull fire spells, no large heat resistance

Those all sound good. I would like to add a few.
Water can make water.
Light can heal.
Rainbow can control colors. ((over the rainbow and rainbow angelic types.))
Fire types can make fire.
Angelics can pick and choose other powers that aren't elemental, like musical gifts or dissappearing, engergy serges.
Demonics can change form at will, but there is always a fairly obvious givaway.
Dragons: telepathy or size change usually, chew stones to create breath powers. ((these will be on sale shortly in magic happens))
Ok and all Kitsu-Usas can access these, but angelics and gaurdians are much more advanced, while gods and angels can make kitsun-wide changes. ((remember though, abuse=demotion))

hmmm... perhps they could make alexandrite for unselfish reasons.
Mermaids... musical gifts, talking to fish, controling water?
i cant help ya too much with bananna taffy and cinnamon... maybe she loves to cook?

Dragons chew stones, huh? Someone's a fan of Dragon Riders of Pern. XD
Banana caffy and cinnamon: Maybe they can turn things into food naturally. Like they are stuck in the wilderness and decide to cook a rock, but what comes out is a beautiful loaf of bread! ^_^;

Auh!, nooo!, every dragon is not a type, the telepathy i can accept, but size change?, nooo!, growth is with age!, or some element around them, no shrinking!, snake properties of blind sight also apply and hawk eyes, like infared seeing, and hm, rocks, um, why? i would be just fine with my dark dragons to just spread fear as the mix of dark and dragons combine works that way, but how bout we assign workable and non workable powers to each, like if they are fire, no water or ice spells and they automatically get fire breath?
and ofcourse for blacks, we can use poison and realy wierd hypnotic and demonic spells over creatures and lands, dragon lance ref.

The author and high goddess does not read dragon lance, she reads mccaffery, and other things. Telepathy unless your dragon happens to be retarded. Shrinking abilities if you feel like crossing that bridge. Lieben chages size, damnit. Dragons chew rocks to create fire. it isn't magical, its chemical. It can stay active for long periods, like a day, but they have to chew rock to make fire. ((said rock can be found anywhere, im not restricting your ability to rp it, im just saying that im going to have a new item that will cause your dragon pic to have fire breath. )) Of course there are type restrictions, but if no type is mentioned than it isn't an issue. And i must put my foot down and express the fact that 'dark' is not to be confused with 'demonic' i own nearly all darks and there isn't a mean soul in one of them. Demonics have tainted souls. Demonic Dragons can perform demonic spells, all darks can do is confuse, maybe shapeshift in the eyes of a human or creature. i know we all have our own veiw of what a dragon is, and you can follow through with that, but alas, we have demonics for a reason.
