On the surface it is a wasteland. Machine silos and raw material hangers are clustered around the southern hemisphere while the machine city and human crop are located in the north and equator respectively.

The physical machines such as the harvesters and sentinels reside on the surface as well as the city dwellers. Not much is known about those who live in the city or why the machines sought fit to even build one.
