As ya'll know, i'm flying out to San diego Ca. For my brother's graduation form the Marine Corps. Problem: i was considering coming out to my family. But i'm worried to. i mean i don't want to steal the spotlight away from my brother, but at the same time, being confined with family on an airplane might "force" tham to not freak out about it. I dunno, what should i do?

Hmmm.... I think, if the time comes, and you feel comfortable with telling them right then, then you should. It's really hard to find the right time to do it.

If you really feel that pressured about it right now, then don't do it.
It will only be harder on yourself if your stressed out when it happens. Perhaps just wait a bit more, and then when you feel alright, and you really think your ready, go for it.

I would wait (maybe until you get back?) simply because you don't want to look like an attention whore and take all the focus off of your brother.

OMG! I can't do it. I mean my family is too damn opinonated to tell. I told a perfect stranger on the plane (granted she told me she was cool when her bro came out) but i just can't tell tham. And it sucks! crying
