So.
I'm 16. She's 14. Age of censent is 16 here.
She wants to more than I do. I'm just worried about the whole 'I'm leagly able to, she isn't' thing. I'm not afraid of sex, I just don't know if it's a good idea leagaly.

Just remember there are good and bad consequences of your actions. You could very well have sex with this girl and no authority will intervene; however, there's always the chance that they may. If you feel that you are ready to live with the bad consequences for her, then I would say you are ready.

Like the above stated....If you do choose to act on those emotions, there will be consequences. Its not either good or bad, it will probably be mostly bad. I, for one, can tell you that sex is overrated. I have done it several times with my girlfriend, and its great, but nothing compared to how much people blow it out of proportion at school. Be wise with your decision, and if you do choose to have sex, make sure to use protection.

There's always risks when having sex. But more-so when it's with an underaged partner.
Still, if you trust them 100%, you -could- do it. But you know the consequences for getting found out about.
It's only two years, and there are alot of other things you two can do. She just needs to understand this. She needs to see things from your point of view.

I'm not trying to be mean but DON'T! She might do it to brag to her friends or something but I know someone that age who does that and we all think she is a slutty whore. She will most likely regret it and it's a REALLY bad start to getting older. People WILL find out. Familys are torn apart from it and there is ALWAYS a risk of getting pregnant.

i'd say dont, and i would go on a long rant here but i'l compress it for you, im not convinced that 14 year old girls actually understand what they really want, i mean with puberty in full swing theyre gonna but under the influence of a whole cocktailfull of hormones inducing new feelings that theyve never felt before. First impulse is act on them! they may not realise the consequences of their actions. Also, the media's been selling nothing but sex for the past millenia so that often influences kids into doing things 'because they saw it on tv' or something. As a person of 16, i think youre a lot more mature than her, and understand the emotions both you and she are going through, if she wants to desperately and you dont particularly want to get a conviction, you should question her motives.

Even if you dont get caught, with legal age being 16 and shes 14 there's several things you need to realize. first even if you do it and dont get caught now..you have until her 18th birthday for parental charges of rape. however you have until her 21 birthday for her person to person charges of rape. Now this might make you say, whats your point. One thing thats been popular in the past is pinning. If you do it and then you break off the relationship she has you in a sling. she can damage you more than you realize. heres the thing, if the consequences out weight the positive results, then its never a good idea to do that action. Please dont do it, stand firm and say no.
