how do you know whether or not for sure that your phychic, psionic, or etc.? is there some sort of test you can take?

well, for me, and im really quite weak at it) i would feel what other people felt and i would know who was behind me about 5 feet away. but my ability is to feel auras so it will be different for other people. basicly common sense

Read up on the subjects. If you are, then you'll know it.
I wouldn't worry about it too much.
There are some tests to take, but these are many and even if you are psychic or something, that test might not apply to your specific gifts.
A good book to try is:
How to Read the Aura. I can't remember who wrote it. It is a very thin paperback book and it has a lot of charts you can make to train yourself to read auras.
There are several other tests that I know of, but I'm kinda scatterbrained right now.

Your chances are probably around 1 in 10--but if you don't hit the jackpot, it's not a major problem. Virtually everyone can LEARN psi ability, even if they aren't born with it.
So if that's what you really want to do, then get some beginner materials, and apply yourself. Expect to spend a bit longer starting out if you're not innate, but once you get going, you'll leave the lazy innate folks who never bother to develop their ability far behind you in the dust.

well actually everyone is psychic but over the years our evolution has caused brain power creating skeptics wich if you reject your psychic abilities like skeptics do they will eventually perish but some people who are not skeptic in the least bit they get psychic abilities but a lot of people are skeptics in some way making the phsychic abilities less powerful wich all they can do is sense when people are behind them or something of the sort
