Perfect

I'm sorry I can't be perfect,
I just hide myself in lies.
If only you'd listen,
Listen to my words, and not just my voice.

You've always known about my depression.
You let me suffer in silence.
After all this pent up rage,
You wonder why I'm so violent.

You just wanted me to be perfect,
Have the best GPA.
I'm sorry I didn't happen as planned,
I'm sorry I am this way.

The perfect student,
The perfect son,
I'm breaking. I'm no longer,
The perfect lie in the making.

A missing hero,
A missing love,
You never once listened,
Listened to my words and not just my voice.

Lost Once Again

I'm lost once again,
I'm searching for one true friend.
Missing a piece of my life,
Searching for an end to my fight.

Feelings of incredible doubt.
Hurting for reasons no one knows about.
A lust for a life unknown,
Wanting to repent my sinful soul.

My conscience, loosing remorse,
My Emotions I have to force.
Wanting somewhere different to call home.
Searching for my sanctuary to atone.

No suicide or cutting to tell,
I won't even say my life is hell.
Hurting with amazing pain,
A happy face to hide the shame.

Sparkling Angel

My sparkling angel,
Please tell me why.
I still love you,
Even through all your lies.

Forget your feelings,
It will ease the pain.

My feelings remain.

Another love is what you had,
You could have told me first hand.
I had to dig deeper, searching through lies,
I found the truth, and it opened my eyes.

I only wanted you to be happy, even if not with me,
My sparkling angel, why couldn't you see?
I still love you, even though you aren't mine.
Please help me god, erase our time.

I will be your guardian, my love is unnamed.
