News: I decided to make a whole thread instead of posting in the sticky so other ideas can be posted there. We need to write the story first then get artist in but the script comes first!
Basic Plot/setting/idea:
Mandos, Ken, and other people in a chatroom help me devise this story when we use to all hang-out in a chatroom but I added on to it.
Title: Baker's Curse.
Not sure the time frame
Idea: Its about a 20 year old of australian decent who was born in America but somehow abandon as a baby in the Australian outback from a unknown reason. As he was dying he was saved by the grim reaper(handsome of course) which ended up raising him to become the next grim reaper but he doesnt want to be the next grim reaper instead he wants to become a baker. They come to a agreement that he can go back into the real world to become a baker but if he fails he would have to become the next grim reaper. So at the age of 17 pennyless he wanders around the city (somewhere in the USA) day after day staring into the baker shop until he passes out due to hunger in the alley next to the baker shop. The middle age woman who owns it was taking out the day old bread and spotted him and took him in where he awoke and discussed how this happend and such, also why he never came in after staring day after day. She didn't believe him about the grim reaper but somehow he end up staying there in a spare room. He gave her a helping hand over the years, learning everything from her. until one day she died he awoke to find her dead as his father aka grim reaper takes her soul away which he replys "Given up yet?" The boy now 19 recieves the store(all she had) from her will as she didnt have any children of her own. He works in the shop alone doing everything enjoying it. A year later He falls in love with girl who works in a flower shop. They go on dates and do other things. Until one day a witch a witch wants to marry the man because he knows the secret to enternial youth and immortality because his father the grim reaper passed it down to him and it can only be obtained due to a law that states you cannot give anyone the secret unless you marry. The man refuses she is surpised because she believes that she is most beatiful woman alive. He says hes greatful but he loves another so she puts a spell on him that turns him into a blue berry muffin at night or when he goes into dark places and the only way to cure him is if he would give his love to her.
I had to fill in some gaps there hopefully we could brainstorm to revise it and make it better before we get into it. This is a Comedy/Drama

Main Character: Chuck Irwin
Grim Reaper: Gabriel Grim
Baker lady: Jen
Flower Girl: May (last name to be determined)
Witch: Luna
(more characters later)
(this part is seperate just wanted to show you what I thought the characters might look like for baker's curse)
I know we might not get art as good as this but this how I kindof Imagine them in my head. I went to photobucket and search to find similar stuff of what I imagined.
This is just similar not exactly I want us to all come together and show sketches of what we imagine the characters might look and pick the best one or combine a couple (decide as a group) The Main Character(more of a browner hair color):

Chat logs/ideas (references):I want to add some romantic sences with him and the flower girl. you know like in fall when you have those leafs where you drop down at high places and they spin around like a helicopter perpeller (going down) I was thinking of her and him out in the park in a path full of trees like that and they fall down while the wind blows and he holds out his hand towards her. Its kindof a cherry blossum thing but with a western twist.Mandos - Texas Ranger Spykr Magio Mandos - Texas Ranger Well, I'm no good at character names so I can't really help there a lot. I was thinking though to enhance the plot we could do something like... there's a group of people that are against the Grim Reaper and want to destroy him or whatever, so they're in the city trying to get the main character guy and he has to fight them or avoid them. Might put more excitement and action in there than what we got so far. Also, instead of a tragic ending you could have an ending that starts out tragic, like he dies and the reaper comes to take his soul, but something happens and he comes back to life. Maybe make it so no one remembers him from before or just make it so he lives happily ever after. He could have some kind of bodyguard that he meets somehow. Like a badass fallen angel or maybe some immortal dude who is really tough somehow. I agree that he shouldn't have super powers and all that, so he's gotta have another way. Mandos - Texas Ranger lol, that would be funnier. Could have some of that in there but when she not around it can be like a chase scene like in old Jackie Chan movies. When he would jump over rooftops and stuff and throw ladders at people.
