Okay...it seems everywhere I go, no one has no interest or enough knowledge of classic rock/metal. By which, I mean AC/DC, Def Leppard, Journey, Bon Jovi, Skid Row, Poison, Warrant, etc. Does ANYONE know what the hell I'm talking about? If yes, please come forward and share some favorite bands...or just reassure me that I'm not the only one here.

oh hell on wheels, i cannot do your poll.
i like them all.
and more so since becoming a supernatural fan...
deans music collection rocks my socks.
ok, so bon jovi is still too young to be classic rock.skid row too.
actually, the only 2 that i say are classic are ac/dc and journey.
the others are more 80's glam rock. still kick a**, but not ac/dc. kiss. foreigner, r.e.o. speedwagon or hell... i better not get started...
either way i too am a fan. there would be NONE of today's music without influences from 60's to 80's rock.

Yes, a few of them are from the 80's...I only added them because they're really a few of my favorites. I can't even bring myself to do my own poll. Foreigner and Kiss are great as well, there are many others, and so little time to mention them all.

Ahh. Journey. But only with Steve Perry. I grew up on them. I may have been born in the 90s, but because my parents loved them, that's what we heard. Grew up with the Whoooooaaaaaaaaasssssss in my head. xD

Nobody can be considered the 'next AC/DC' to my standards of them. Can't go a day without at least ONE of their songs... That and Judas Preist.

You know you're getting old when all the above bands are considered "classic rock" crying But, I love all those guys and also cannot participate in the poll for that reason. Journey is dead to me without Steve Perry!

I love Led Zeppelin, Boston, Kansas, AC/DC, Metallica, Def Leppard, The Scorpians, etc. I grew up listening to Oldies and Classic Rock, so if I didn't know any of these bands, I'd be shameful to my family.

Rock You, Bohemian Rhapsody, Another One Bites the Dust, Champions, Bicycle, Flash, Under Pressure...they're all classics! I love their songs! xD

I went to the Def Leppard/Journey concert last August. Def Leppard did well, but I must say Journey's performance was better mainly because the vocalist sounded almost exactly like Steve Perry. 3nodding Def Leppard's newest album Yeah! came out not too long ago, and I think the remade song was No Matter What. Can't remember the original artist at the moment, though... neutral Hm. Maybe I should change the name of the topic. Def Leppard isn't really classic rock, nor are the others I mentioned. I just happen to like reffering to them as classic rock for my own reasons. Just an afterthought.

I picked Def Leppard... Cos when I was young, I got this Barbie Showbag, and it had a blank tape on it... And I got my Dad to put Rocket on it... *hehe* Everytime I hear that song, it takes me back to my childhood... *sigh*
I like my classic rock... More so of late cos of Supernatural... Reminding me of all the music I heard when I was a kid, my Dad playing his records... *sigh*
And I've recently gone roaming through my Dad's CD collection to Rip them... But sadly, looks like a lot of the music, he never went out and bought CDs of... So... Vinyl's no good to my and my computer... *pouts* Gonna have to head out and buy the CDs myself... smile
