This Week's Topic is....
The 2007 NFL Draft!!
Now that a year of NFL has come and passed, we have new things to look forward too, ultimately, the Draft.
Who will have the honor of First Pick Overall in the Draft?
Who will have the most impact on their team in the Draft?
Who will go on which team?

Hey A) I like the rules. B) Just one little change... the Colts and PAts are playing in Indy not MA. Ok To answer the question. This is actually a really good matchup and a really good question. The bears D hasnt been playing like it did earlier in the year... but they are still VERY good. If they can break big plays like they did last week they probably should win. However, if they struggle just a little bit more I think the NO offense is too potent to completely stiffle, even for the bears D. THere are just too many legit weapons on the Saints O to completely shut them down. Breese, Duce and REggie in the backfield/WR/ MAurice Colston... man that is a stacked O. MAny people say Indy is stacked but The Saints are next in line. I like the New Orleans rising from the ashes agianst a team that used to be a perinail powerhouse trying to reestablish itself vibe. HOWEVER. Colts Vs Pats. Two bitter rivals. Two superstar Qb's. Two high profile coaches. This has been a back and forth series and with the resurgent Cotls D and the always scrappy Patriots this is going to turn out to be one of the most intriging Playoff Games of the year. I will give the NFC their due... those two teams are quality in the BEars and Saints... but there is something more bitter and urgent in the AFC game. This is a major game for MAnning. If he wins at least some of the Choker title must be relieved... and to do so against his arch rival would be even a greater relief... but if he loses it could be a humongous mental set back and recreate the bugaboo that the pats used to be to him. Seeing that neither Manning nor brady had good games last week it will be interesting to see which QB steps up this week... or at least doesnt play as badly. I will admit that I am partial on this matter. Again I am not downing the value of the Bears Saints game.. I really think it will be fun to watch and exciting... I just think the history these two teams have with each other and the star power both teams exude is even more enthralling. Its not a one game is good and the other bad...its a one game is great and the other simply awesome situation. WEll that is my master's thesis statement lol. Man that was long. Enjoy.... Ha you caught the error before I could even finish my post lol... good catch. ^_^

The Saints will win because they have strived for excellence, and they are on FIRE

Here is my take on the heated Patriots vs. Colts AFC Championship.
Though both teams are very good at the pass, the way to win in this game is the run. The Patriots have a clear advantage in the general run game, because they prefer the 3-4 defensive style, which involves only 3 lineman and 4 linebackers, but, Joseph Addai, and Dominic Rhodes, love to take it straight to 'em.
Another advantage the Patriots have, is the fact that their RB's, Maroney and Dillon, like to take it outside, forcing the 4-3 defense of the Colts to change up.
Thats why i think the Patriots will win

the Saints will beat the bears because of two reasons. The bears are almost all defense (especially after Grossmen has a good week). Against the saints they will need atleast some help from there offense. And more importantly I have more faith in the saints offense than the bears deffense. Drew Brees is a solid quarterback. The have good depth at running back I think they will start Duece McAlistor if he isn't doing well or gets injured they can give Bush more carries, and he can have a chance to lead the team to victory. Like we've seen him do in his past with USC.
the pats beat the colts because of a few reasons: Brady's ability to lead his team, the fact that there in the colts heads, Peyton's past (most like I think it's just simple mistakes that the annalizes make a big deal about but the more it happens the more it becomes truth), pressure and the fact the pats have showcased that they can deal with it the colts haven't, no distractions on the patriots, mental game (I can't stress this enough ninety percent of the game is half mental), and finally the most important reason there the freakin patriots nearly unstoppable in the playoffs. (if there is any confusion I'll be glad to explain these reasons)
