The anklets layer under shoes, so they will still be bought for that purpose.

 nah, i have both, and i love these! ^__^
sometimes i dun wanna wear shoes because i like the gold, so this works great.
but when i want to wear my shoes, the others are great! 3nodding
as for the group quest... i dunno... i wasn't really a huge part of that, since i have some already

I love love these new anklets. Of course, I still love the old ones too. If it were me, I would continue to try to get the others also. As Kae says, they really do have 2 different uses.

No. Although you can put pants over them, you can't put shoes over them. At least not as far as I've experiemented.

Winged Anklets look cute with just about any pair of shoes, but the wings on the new MC look so much nicer. whee

Yes, I'll still be questing them, solo if I can have successful art auctions. But then, I'll contribute to your group questing but doing more art auctions. 3nodding Right now, every month they keep jumping 100k and if I don't do anything, I'll always be at least a 100k away from them. :/

my main desire is to wear Anklets with my Penguins.
If these new ones layered under shoes I'd totally forget about the old ones.... but I'd really rather have the old ones.

i agree. (of course, it would be best if there was a dark counterpart to the anklets, but...)
now, if only they'd fix the layering issue with the winged anklets - they keep layering over my slippers! O.o
but, admittedly, only when i wear pants.
