Got my Ls. Bow down to me.
When I got my licence, I walked outside and over to MacDonalds and the whole way I was jsut holding my licence up and saying "Yeah, that's right, I can drive, all you people with cars, in your face, I can drive."
Some guy in his car looked at me funny.

Yeah, that's the one. you better be careful though, I think there is a limit on how much smiling you are allowed to do in these sorts of photos. It's a serious business.

Sounds like it.
Well Mary, it is a saying with multiple meanings that might make people look at you funny if you continue to use it.
It appears to be a cross breed of "hardcore" and "right on" or something.
Maybe you should just say "right-core" instead. Or metric-core.
