Janitor;

The janitor is a sarcastic, mysterious hospital employee who has made it his business to terrorize series protagonist J.D. This character is an interesting paradox in that he is both a clever underdog who frequently outwits the more educated doctors His bullying generally seems to be more out of amusement, rather than genuine cruelty or mean-spiritedness; JD being an easy target because of his soft side and vulnerability. That said, some of his practical jokes have been on the severe side, such as duck-taping Dr Cox's mouth and leaving him in a case in the morgue for two hours. He speaks Spanish, Korean and Italian as well as English.
he has been working at Sacred Heart for roughly 20 years (Janitor is 42 years-old in season 5, as he was 37 in season 1) or had worked at a different hospital for seven years before transferring to Sacred Heart
Janitor is, however, known to be obsessed with taxidermy and stuffed animals.

Neil Flynn;

Flynn was born in Chicago and raised in the nearby suburb of Waukegan. In 1978, as a student at Waukegan East High School, he and partner Mike Shklair won an Illinois Individual Events championship for "Humorous Duet Acting." After graduating from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois, in 1982, Flynn returned to Chicago to pursue an acting career. Although his role on Scrubs has been Flynn's most visible to date, he has had small roles in a variety of different TV shows and movies, including Seinfeld, That 70's Show, Baby's Day Out, CSI, My Boys, and Smallville.

The Janitor is probably my favorite male character.
Neil Flynn is such a funny actor and I can't watch him in anything without thinking of his role in scrubs.
Sometimes I wish Elliot and him would have worked out. But I like her with Keith.

Yeah, we never get to know his name, I hope a sometime we will.
Like on the 4 season dvd they said that we will find out what 'Mr.' Murphy keeps in his fanny pack.
