Eyes: Piercing ice blue
Hair: Blonde roots fading to red tips. Blonde's his actual hair color, but the red is actually a botched dye job that he turned out liking. Shoulder length. Straight.
Tops: Black t-shirt with a with a red long sleeved shirt underneath. Writing on frontal black shirt: "Body By" and an old school nintendo controller. Logo seen here.
Bottoms: Black pants with a black skirt on top of it. Wrapped loosely around the skirt is a belt.
Shoes: Ankle high pitch black boots. Laced up, with two buckles on the outside of the ankle.
Piercings: Tongue piercing -simple hot pink barbell.
Six hoop rings in his right ear, four hoops in the left, with two in the top cartilage. The two hoops in the lobe on both ears are dark purple. The rest of the hoops are silver.
Tattoos: None that are permanent, though he sometimes has temporary ones which he draws on.
Accessories: Slim black sunglasses, slightly covering his eyes. Checkered wrist band, colours black and white, on his right hand. On his left hand, one two-row of studs bracelet, and four black jelly bracelets.
Other: He has a Harley Davidson and a nice pair of fingerless leather gloves to go with it. Also has a semi automatic pistol, which he hides in his sock. In the Mississippi Mafia, trying to climb the ranks as fast as he can. He's surprisingly straight –just taking advantage of the fact that he had slightly feminine features to begin with.
Background: He was a good student, amazing at Physics and Math, but dropped out before his senior year to join the Louisiana Mafia. His teachers were afraid of him, so had he not dropped out, it would probably have been only a matter of time before he was literally thrown out. Being native to Louisiana, he's got a slight southern drawl. Although he's gotten rid of most of his accent, there are times when he can't help himself. This is obvious whenever he says 'I' (Ah) and words such as 'pit' (no different when he says pet) and 'pen' (no different than when he says pin).
Even though he can act like an angel to some as a cover, he's very pessimistic –but who wouldn't be with his parents. One 'dumbass' alcoholic father, and an on-and-off abusive mother. He's one messed up guy. The only person he can count on is his best friend Jack, whom he calls Jacklyn out of friendly habit. The only reason that Jack's not petrified at the thought of him is the tiny fact that he's completely oblivious to almost everything. Even when he told him that he was ditching school to join the mafia, Jack didn't believe him. Still doesn't, even though he goes out to do odd jobs for them almost daily. There are times when he'll confide in his best friend where he's going when he goes out, but mostly, he just leaves without saying goodbye and then comes back when he's finished.
He doesn't have a variety of hobbies, simply trying to get by in this 'mad world' by trying to get higher in the underground world, and putting together models of cars and motorbikes. He keeps most people away with the mere rumor that he's in the mafia. The police have never been able to find enough evidence to convict him of anything, and he plans on keeping it that way for as long as he can.
Arsen may a small town boy from the South, but there's nothing small town about him.
Personality: Depending on who you are and what mood he's in when he meets you, Arsen can be anywhere from an angel to someone who's likely to literally beat you. If he feels that he has to be nice or polite, then he has a way of acting so that it seems like he's a well-mannered person who has nothing wrong with him at all. But when he's relaxed, he tends to be a little harder to get along with. And when he's angry, it's easy to see. If he's not completely in control of himself, then he'll curse freely and let himself go. This can lead to temporary violent fits of rage, which aren't good for anyone.
How he/she reacts to their first day in Silent Hill: At first, it was great. Silent Hill was to him a promise of getting away from the tiny smudge on the map that was his hometown. West Virginia might as well have been halfway across the world. As long as it got him out of the rathole that he'd lived in for so long, Arsen would be fine with anywhere. But after coming there, he realized that he would love to be anywhere –as long as it wasn't Silent Hill. Getting into the town was painful enough. Leaving was impossible. Even if he did find some manner of getting out, coming back to him boss empty handed would surely mean a fate worse than death. Not to mention it would be almost impossible to get past the gate without drawing the attention of the idiotic cops. Stuck and aggravated, he'd barely notice if an 18-wheeler was coming straight at him.
