I know I did an experiment once where I used chat speak, and I started spelling and saying things wrong after a while x_x;
But yeah, it's Itachi. And yes, Kakashi-sensei is NOT Sasuke's bro.[Spoiler warning]He has the Sharingan (and only in his left eye) because Obito gave it to him as a present for Kakashi becoming Jounin before he died on a mission; and Kakashi had already bascily lost his left eye defending Obito from an enemy-nin's kunai slash attack earlier in the mission.
