Seishin sat in the tall long grass of the field. She held her thumb up to a tree and sketched it on a fresh page of her sketch book. She paused for a second, sighed deeply and erased it. "Why can't I get this right?"

Like most artistic minds, Gale too had set out to find some solitude to work as well. He walked along wearing a long beige trenchcoat, tiny little headphones in his ears and his hands shoved into his pockets. Despite his age he was a rather tall individual, being only around 16 years old mentally yet reaching about six feet tall.
He was looking for a place to settle down and work more on his poetry.

Seishin layed on her stomach and looked up to the tree, hoping she would do better drawing it at a different angle. She started to sketch it out and smiled as it looked better than the last one. "There we go..." She outlined it and pictured how it would look like when it was done.

Movement in the corner of his bright yellow eyes caught his attention, causing him to look over just as Seishin lay down. He stopped walking and watched her, though said nothing or removed the buds from his ears.

Seishin's ear twitched as she hear some faint music and looked out of the corner of her eye. She noticed the black cat in a trenchcoat walking throught the grass. She said nothing and went back to sketching the rest of the outline for the tree she was drawing as she started to whistle.

Gale's ears perked as she looked over and he quickly regained himself to start walking again, a little flushed at the fact that he had been caught staring.

Seishin smiled slightly as she saw the cat flinch a bit and keep walking. She decided she could come back later to draw, closed her book and stood up. She took a small can of black spray paint out of a bag she brought with her and marked her spot in the grass to make sure the angle was the same.

Even though the black cat caught her movement he acted like he hadn't, his bare feet continuing to walk through the grass.

Seishin looked up at the tree smiled and ran off to catch up to the black cat. She ran up to the cat and touched his shoulder slightly, hoping he wouldn't take it the wrong way. "Hey"

Gale blinked and turned around to face her, stopping. He reached into his pocket and clicked off his iPod before pulling the buds from his ears and shoving them into his pocket as well.
"Hey..." He said somewhat shyly.

"What are you up to out here?" Sheshin asked and eyed him a little bit," And why are you wearing a trenchcoat? Aren't you hot?"

"Nothing." Gale gave a shrug. "Just... trying to find somewhere to sit down and think, I guess." He seemed like a rather shy, loner sort almost immediantly.

The black feline blinked and then gave a shrug down at her. "Yeah, sure."

"Cool," Seishin smiled,"C'mon then!" she said and grabbed Gale's hand and pulled him over to the tree where she was working on her sketch earlier. "Right here," she sighed and sat where she had marked the grass with the spray paint.
