well guessing from the fact that each tektek has her name right beside it, and the topic says competition, I'd guess this belongs in the contest section... but I can't really tell since there's no prize or anything...

Exactly the problem, if there's a prize she forgot then it's a contest...and Moon is supposed to be asked for permission on all contests, and if it's just a game then it just needs to be moved there.
