Right, I'm formally requesting permission to make a thread for my characters home estate (or whatever, it seems like it exists on a plane all it's own).
Normally, It'll probably be closed to the public although occassionally there'll be a chance to sneak in. Erm-It's kind of like an evil laboratory that's always sealed up.
