I like both, though I do favor Kagome most of the time. I also don't like Kiyko haters too much.

In my opinion, many people judge Kikyo too much, just because of her trying to drag him to hell.
Note: she asks him "... then let us go to a place where time has no meaning..." and he says yes. Of the seven hells (accoring to Jap. mythology) one suchs hell is a place devoid of time.
Plus, he agreed to staying with her, but everything was interupted by Kagome taking back more of her soul.
Ever since this inciddent (and others) people have hated Kikyo. However, later on in the series (ep. 50+) she becomes more understanding of Inuyasha and his feelings for Kagome.
Another way to think of Kikyo, is to imagine what she's feeling. How would you feel if you believed the man you love beterayed you and you died, but 50 yrs. later you've been given a second chance at the realationship and have learned the truth, only now he's with another girl who in a twist of fate, is your reincarnation?

Okay, now I'm probably just ranting, but I still stand by what I say. So, for my choice of who's best for Inu:

Kagome -------------------- 62%
Kikyo ------------------ 48%

I just wanted to say this for all the Kikyo haters. Learn to appreciate Kikyo because if their was never no Kikyo Kagome could have never been reincarnated and she wouldnt have ever met Inuyasha. Its odd because of Kikyo Kagome met Inuyasha and their toghether. So stop saying that shes dead or whatever that is because she isnt dead anymore. She never asked to be brought back to life she even said why did you bring me back. So stop hating her, even if she eats souls who cares soo many of you like Kouga and he has killed many innocent people and has eatin them his pack almost killed Rin! Sesshomaru always kills people that are in his way ( I love Sesshomaru xp ) Kikyo eats DEAD peoples souls their dead it doesnt matter their already resting. Who cares get over it.
