 Ankaa and her Caretaker
When they told me I would be taking care of this little baby, Ankaa, they didn't mention that I would be spat up on, go for ten days without sleep, and that my hair would be yanked constantly. How this baby does it all with her eyes closed I'll never know. I'm pretty lucky, though. One of my friends took in a baby a few months ago and they said that he cried in his sleep all the time. Normally, Ankaa only cries when she's hungry, which I suppose is something to be thankful for. She always needs something, though, I think I spoil her.
Right now she's lying in her crib, allowing me to write for a few minutes. She's reaching upward, but I have no idea what she's trying to grab. Her little hands are squeezing the air, she seems to want whatever she's reaching for it is so much. I wish I could read her mind and see what she's dreaming about. I'm just curious, that's all.
I need a break from this baby thing, I really do. I'm gonna be old by the time this babe grows. These are the best years of my life, and instead of living, I'm stuck in this apartment-thing away from men and the arena. Darn, Ankaa is moving around again vigorously, I think she's gonna cry.
I hate being right.

Basics
~Name: Ankaa (ahn-kah)
~Meaning of name/based off of: It's the name of a pheonix from Arab mythology
~Pet names: Kaki (kah-kee), Anki (ahn-kee)
~Stage: Prostar
Appearance
~Hair: Short, straight and a dark brown. It doesn't easily frizz and turns black when wet.
~Eyes: Are unknown. Like most prostars, she's in her sleep all the time and her eyes are squeezed shut.
~Skin tone: A peach-color. Very light though. She has pink lips and a slight blush around her eyes.
~Marks: A red, arrow-circle-thing on her left cheek. I hope it becomes more pale as she grows older. It sticks out like a sore thumb.
~Hands and feet: Normal sized hands, but small, narrow feet. Both are very smooth and nice to look at.
Favorite...
Foods: Peaches, sweet things, meat, apples, corn, star fruit, cakes and seeds, and onions (since she's a baby, most of these have been crushed)
Drinks: Green tea, hot chocolate, sweet lemonade and water
Animals: Avians, felines, unicorns
Flowers: Tea roses, lotus blossoms, pink and white tulips, apple blossoms, and cherry blossoms
Things to do: Cry, grab things, yank people's hair, go outside, scream out random phrases like 'GOO' and eat things.
Time of day: Lunchtime
Color: She, um, can't see.

Foods: Plums, anything spicy or sour, cherries, mooncakes, and eggs
Drinks: White milk, grape juice, sour lemonade, and pineapple juice
Animals: Canines, apes, and fish

Finn, what can I say about Finn? He's sweet, charming, cute... But there's something about him that draws me in, and then makes me wish I had stayed out...
He has nice hair though.
