I, personally, don't really care for tats. Yeah, their nice and whatnot, but I'm not to crazy about them.
Now a single piercing or multiple piercings on a Uke are fun to play with. Maybe I'm biased because of my quest for multi-piercings for my ears and whatnot. I just love piercings to death.

Now a single piercing or multiple piercings on a Uke are fun to play with. Maybe I'm biased because of my quest for multi-piercings for my ears and whatnot. I just love piercings to death. hehehe lol i hold that same bias ^^

As an artist, I love the idea of the human body as a canvas. But, I am very picky as to what I think looks good.

I've got 4 piercings (all in my ears) and I'm thinking about getting more...and I've got at least three tattoos I want to get (eventually). I think it's safe to say I like piercings and tattoos...would I like them on my uke? Most certainly...so long as they were tasteful, I guess (not all of mine are, though twisted ).

I think they're both hot, as long they're not too excessive.
I'd call excessive more than 5 piercings or tatoos covering more than 30% of the body...

I got a cartiledge piercing after my last post (right ear) and I have to say...even though it's been months since I got it and it's healed now...it's still very *sensitive*, if you get my drift. Now I'm thinking about getting my toungue pierced but I'm scared gonk .
What looks good on you looks good on you, simple as that. I'll probably never get any facial piercings (lip, nose, etc) because they don't match my personality and looks. My roommate (an uke with swich tendencies), on the other hand, has 9 piercings total and a tattoo on her back, and wants more of both...and they look good on her (along with her purple and pink hair). Not to mention her boyfriend LOVES them (so much so that HE actually went and got piercings, too!).
I've got a weakness for piercings, too. There's just something appealing about teasing an uke by playing with a metal bar that runs through their flesh...and since I know from personal experience how tender those piercings can be... twisted .

The hottest thing on the planet. Except when they have so many piercings something gets caught on something. the more tattoos the better.
