I really like it too I am right about to fight the final bosses but I want to finish all the hunts and side quest!

I've wanted to play that for awhile now but I am dirt poor. It looks crazy interesting. How's the story line?

There appear to be two Cids. And what I've seen of the plot isn't half bad... and the semi-normal Chocobo-music is back. One of the characters looks oddly similar to Laguna, but only during cut-scenes, and one of the guns is a gun blade, which makes me wonder if any of the OTHER weapons have made a previous appearance in other games...
But that isn't plot, is it...?

I have the collectors edition. The dvd is kinda cool, part of it is a look at all of the different final fantasy's

other then that one part of the dvd it is not that great. most of it is just outwork.

So...
I haven't been playing this game that much cause i had lots to do but finally started playing again & i discovered something...
ONE OF THE CID IS BLACK! GASP!
I mean...
there be nothing wrong with it...
it just surprised me...

i love it my fav chars are ashe and fran they re just so kool ashe is my secret weapon she have -30&#xmp; skill cost and she got i think magic power in a upgrade of lvl 4 i there s a fifth one cost 120 license but i bougth the necklease the x2 the license points so i think i recive 4 per each ^^ (u can buy this neaklease "Golden Necklease" after u found Mijr and kill the beast at fran tonw u buy it and u ll recive firaga tundara blizaga i think XD

Huh. Really? I just know that one of 'em does something funky with a pair of sunglasses which is absolutely fantastic, and the other one is both crazy and *insert possible, but predictable spoiler here* ---->Baltheir's Pop
Both Cids are, as far as I know, perfectly useless in any form of combat. Ah well. At least one of the guns in the game resembles a gun blade...

My only issue with it is the battle style. I like the 7 style a lot better than this one (and ironically the re-released 7 is supposed to utilize the 12 style). Other than that the game is sweet.
