The dark prince's gaze fell over the lands, unknown territory to him. He had never ventured into territory that he hadn't known so it would be an adventure. His soft gaze clashed with his gruff voice inherited from his father. His silver mane fell over his shoulders and made him look even larger than he was...perhaps something her didn't need.

Cavalia lounged on a sun warmed rock, belly full from a successful hunt. She purred sleepily, content to just relax for a few moments. Later on she would have to move on to her father and grandfather's prides, and make sure all was well with them and her siblings.. But for now, to laze about and not be a princess felt good. "Long overdue." She murmured to herself. The wind picked up and she lifted her head, wondering at the scent of the male on the wind. Would he be friendly? Would he claim this land his own and be angry that she was here? Sitting up slightly she looked around, blue eyes searching to pick out the strange form.

The ebony male paused as he felt his chest heave for a reason he didn't completely understand. This reminded him of the past and this was something he did not need. Reminders of the past and the effects of the present. But why couldn't he look forward to the future was the past so horrible that he couldn't move on? He had to, no matter. His heart was decieved and now he needed to move on though his intentions were clearly not that. It was just that he seemed to be avoiding females in general that weren't related. Within a few belated moments he could see the light grey female, he could feel her bright azure eyes. His ears flickered forward as he paused and gazed at her for a moment and huffed a roar to her calling to her.

Cavalia jumped, staring at the male. His roar danced over her flakes, shivered over her coat, and made her shudder. She blinked, and stood slowly, tilting her head at him. He had called, what did he want? Who was he? She gave a shrug and roared a greeting in return, wondering if she should leave her rock or if he would continue toward her. She probably shouldn't be out on her own, but since Nasiri had been dissappearing earlier and earlier as of late, she had little choice but to explore and wander on her own... This male didn't seem to mean her harm, so she wouldn't run, in fact she welcomed making a new acquaintence.

He almost smiled when she freaked out with his roar. Seeing as she didn't run off, he though what the hell. He padded up to her but kept his distance. He didn't want to be close to anyone right now. He bowed to her in due respect after most likely invading her territory. He hadn't even thought about that. He hadn't scented any males so he hadn't known of any territorial borders...

Cavalia shifted from paw to paw, then gave a timid smile. "Greetings Stranger, I apologize if I encroached upon your territory or pride... It was not my intention at all, I'm just wandering an enjoying the day..." She spoke in her soft, dreamy voice and gave honest eyes, worry tight in her chest. She had seen her grandfather get upset about intruders, and she certainly didn't want that sort of trouble on her paws...

He looked to her with a grim smile, "These aren't my lands m'lady. No need to apologize." Poor thing was scared, he didn't mean to seem gruff in any way but thats how it usually apeared. He almost said something else but he was cut off by a familiar roar. He turned his head to see a indigo lion in the distance. He knew him well, as his father's pride was in alliance with the purple lion's grandfather. Before he said anything else the lion was among them with his own cold eyes watching. He always found the lion interesting seeing as everytime he breathed it fogged the hot air. Some say he was frozen on the inside and when the cool air hit the warmth it was its product much like 'normal' lions in the cool mountains. Februus looked to the female and then to Anu, he watched him. "Sorry if I'm intruding Prince Anu," he always referred to him as prince even though they were close buddies, Anu was older. His ears flickered to the female as he bowed his head to her in respect.

Cavalia smiled and nodded, voice relieved. "Oh, well, I'm glad I've caused no trouble." She jumped at the sound of a nother roar, and stared as the other male appeared, greeting her new acquaintence. She gave a slight bow of her head in return to his silent greeting, then offered a kind smile that allowed some of her naturally lovely heart to shine in her eyes. "Greetings, I am Cavalia, the Silver Shadow on Maroon Waves... A daughter and Princess of Scarlet Shadows, and a wanderer..."

Anu shook his head, "No interuption, your always welcome in my prescence Februus." the younger lion had always been loyal to him and he could never go back on someone like him.
"Februus, Prince of Cerulean Waves." he replied as he looked to Anu. "I'm sorry about what happened." he looked to him. He had heard what happened and it pissed him off to the extremities but he had held his tongue for so long. His cool orbs looked to him, he hadn't ever seen Anu nor any lion in this state of depression. He must have really loved her.
"I'm sorry Lady Cavalia, Februus. I...I need to." he left off. While Februus bowed his head in agreement. He watched the ebony lion head back to the direction of his family. Februus looked to the female, "He's not in the best of places emotionally right now."

"Farewell." Cavalia called in her sweet voice, then turned to Februus. "Well met Februus of Cerulean Waves.. And I am sorry your friend is in so much heart-pain... I did not mean to cause him any distress..." She looked sad and contrite, casting her eyes down, then turning the full force of her gaze on him. "If you have somewhere else to be, please, do not let me keep you..."

"Yes, he seemed to have loved her...but she didn't keep her promises when she said she'd love him. She's already with another lion, its barely been anytime and its just...depressing." he sighed. "You caused no distress, he just needs time." as he spoke the coolness inside him fogged the warmer air almost like if you were in the mountains. Plus he had been leaving a trail of ice prints from his paws. He never seemed to control that. "You are not keeping me, probably the only thing would be sleeping in my father's pride which is nothing extraordinary m'lady."

"I am sorry all the same... That a lioness could do such a thing..." She shook her head and sighed. "I hope, he will recover from her treachery.." The icey sweetness in her gaze thawed to warm amusement, and the smile she gave him was a playful one. "I am keeping you from a nap?" She swooned as though struck with a great blow. "Oh how terrible am I! Something so important! I feel aweful, please, please don't let me keep you..." She broke off with a soft laugh. "I would be dozing in my own Sire's pride, so it is nothing to find me out here wandering..."
