Age: Looks like maybe 10, but is actually somewhat over 1000 years old
Eyes: Golden, with vertical pupils, never blinking
Hair: Platinum blonde, about shoulderlength, sometimes tied to a ponytail or braid
Clothing/Appearance: Usually he'll look like a boy of maybe 10 years with very old-fashioned (victorian, baroque, medieval...) clothes. He prefers the color black.
On his left middlefinger he wears a golden signet ring with a blood-red stone, on his right middle-finger a silver armor-ring. Also he wears a necklace with a small silver key attached to it.
Element: Shadow
Powers: Shadow Magic (very skilled, but he tires out quickly), some Soul Magic (usually uses it to form 'Soul Pacts'), has dabbled into Summoning, Time Magic and the creation of Illusions

Personality: Usually he's a very reserved, polite and somewhat shy. He tends to be mischievous around the people he likes and mock them; and to people he doesn't like he can be downright arrogant and very, very scary.
He rarely shows his true feelings and emotions, and has practically no friends (he's very close to Aislin but their relationship is... complicated, to say the least) as it's rather hard to befriend a soul-eating demon who doesn't have the same idea of what's good and evil as humans. o_O He doesn't follow the same morals as a human, he has his own code of honor though: He never lies (which doesn't keep him from just not mentioning certain things). He never betrays a friend. He always keeps his word. And he'd never harm a child.
He likes to read and study a lot - as his power doesn't grow over time like it does for the others of his clan he's trying to compensate by learning as much about ways to store magic and draw magic from other places as he can. He does not sleep unless he's really tired out from something, so he has a plenty of time to study...
Sometimes he acts the age he looks and sometimes the age he actually is, which can be very confusing for the people around him.
Background: (( Thought I'd post some of the background as well, as there are so many other demons around... n_n Some might have heard about his clan or even him. *shrugs* ))
Luthe's family, the House of Sesostris was exiled from Hell over a millenium ago - until then, they ruled the Citadel of Shadows. The reason for the exile is unknown, probably the outcome of some powerstruggle.
Current Head of the House is Sesostris himself - Luthe's great-great-grandfather - as he managed to survive most of his children and grandchildren.
Luthe's and Aislin's relationship goes back a good thousand years. To save her life, Luthe formed a powerful Soul Pact with her which - among other things - stops aging for both of them. That's the reason Lu still looks like a child and his powers stopped growing stronger, and that is the reason he isn't Head of the House Sesostris yet. There's a lot more about that Pact, but that's a story to be told another time. n_n

Hair: Pitch black dreads with lots of silver charms braided in, usually tied to a ponytail or hold back with a bandana, very long (until the middle of the back)
Clothing/Appearance: Wears lots of silver jewelry - bracelets, anklets, necklaces... Her prefered colors are black and dark blue. At home she wears comfortable loose caftans and Arabic dresses. For leaving the house she prefers elegant Chinese style clothing. When she's on a 'mission' (a.k.a. treasure hunting), think Trinity of the Matrix movies, or Selene from "Underworld" XD
Element: None
Powers: Breaking. She can intuitively find the weak spot of pretty much everything - spells, all kinds of objects - and use it to destroy said object or spell with a minimum amount of force. She also knows some destructive spells but is mainly a physical fighter. Has an exceptionally bad sense of direction. o_O
Likes: Odd things, rare things, antique things. Shinies. Treasure hunting. Old books for their looks. Sitting in the sun. Oldies. Wuxia and Bollywood movies. Ramen. Her cat Sesostris (yes, it's named after Luthe's grandfather...). Coffee. Daryl, sometimes.

Personality: She's often cranky and gets annoyed easily. Likes to complain and rant, but she's generally a nice and social person. She tends act first and then think. XD She loves solving riddles and mysteries, though she doesn't have much patience and often ends up using brute force. Treasure hunting is her one true passion.
Background: She and Luthe go way back. There's a soul pact between the two of them, but Aislin hasn't always been happy about this. In the past she's tried some rather... drastic measures to nullify it. o_O:: DARYL SILVERCHAIR ::Name: Daryl

Eyes: Grey, has to wear glasses to read
Hair: Black, short, very untidy. Has recently decided to grow a goatie. XD
Clothing/Appearance: Everything that's comfortable - usually bluejeans and t-shirts with PC/Video Game logos. Though he's very skilled at creating jewelry he rarely wears some. Usually a leather band with an Ankh or a Scarab pendant.
Element: None
Powers: He's quite powerful but rarely uses them, so not much is known about them. He can make doors open to places they shouldn't go to, create rooms that are bigger inside than outside, paintings that live and is very skillful at crafting magical items like amulets, wands, teaspoons... o_O
Likes: Video/PC games (RPGs, Adventures, Survival Horror). Crafting jewellery (he's in fact the one who taught Aislin how to do it). Painting. Egypt. Cats. Wuxia/Bollywood/SciFi/Horror movies. Red wine. Coffee. Stained glass windows. Art. Museums.
Dislikes: Shadows (almost a sciophobia). Anything that might get him in danger (although this list is amazingly short). Fairies. People searching for the "Archmage". To have friends. Teleportation.
Personality: Curious, loves to try things out. Be it games, arts and crafts, sports, music. He's almost always in a good mood and he has a pretty weird sense of humor. He rarely makes friends though and there's a reason for it...
Background: He's been around even longer than Aislin and Luthe, but it took them a while to realize as Daryl's 'immortality' works through reincarnation. He's the one who set up "Antiques, Oddities & Rares", and the shop's place shifting is probably his doing as well. Usually he wears earings and a lariat necklace with very colorful gems such as carnelian, turquoise, jade, lapis... He'd like most of the necklaces on this page. n_n. Sometimes he wears sunglasses. If you'd see him you'd probably think him some sort of excentric musician or designer... o_O
Element: Shadow
Powers: Excellent at Shadow and Soul Magic, decent at Time Magic, Divination and Necromancy.
Likes: Luthenep. His clan. Flirting. Poking his nose into places it doesn't belong. Haikus. Zen. Other things.
Dislikes: Politics in Hell. The lack of common sense in his favorite grandson. =_= Other things.
Personality: Sesostris is rather... excentric, to put it mildly. Curious, silly at times and he has a rather odd sense of humor. Absentminded, although that's most likely faked. For a demon he's very tolerant and has a limitless patience. Has a thing for Zen. Loves to read the future from coffee grounds. o_O

Angus is also one of Luthe's Sprockets, since it's element is shadow, the reason he bought it should be obvious... n_n
Apparently Angus shares Luthenep's fondness for old and trashy horror movies for he started to call him 'Masterrrrrr' and would like to be renamed to Igor. :: WATSON :: (Gravity)Also bonded to Luthenep. Aislin borrows him sometimes to decrease the weight of her bags when she goes on yet another of her shopping sprees. He likes to abruptly make them more heavy though... <_<

Also belongs to Luthe. Holmes likes to play around with the flatware, like trying how many forks he can carry at once and then shooting them off by reversing his magnetization.
Aislin uses him as a fridge magnet to hold her shopping lists when she's pissed of with him.

:: ANTIQUES, ODDITIES & RARES ::Aislin's shop and home. n_n
Location: I'll leave that to you. The shop shifts places every few days, if that's caused by all the magical items stored inside, or if it's because Daryl meddled with it is unknown. Currently it's in Marrakech, Moroco. o_O
Outside description: The shop is not quite on ground level but something like 5" below, you'll have to go down a small staircase. It's a very small house which is squeezed in the niche (possibly an alley way once) between two other houses.
To the right of the stairs is a small garden.
Above the door there is an old wooden sign which reads "Antiques, Oddities & Rares" - below the writing you can see some sort of eye symbol which you might recognize (if your character knows about things like that) as the sigil of an ancient guild of treasure hunters/thieves/apraisers. The shop window definitely needs to be cleaned. >_>
As long as Aislin is around or left only for a short time, the door will be unlocked (yes, even at night).
Inside description: Floorplan I had a job as a draftswoman four years and since then I just can't go without a correct floor plan for my characters' living places... n_n;
The shop may look empty on the map, but it's really stuffed. The floor is covered by a dozen rugs.
There are two huge book cases to the left, and three small ones to the right. Small tables of different forms, sizes and heights are everywhere, and a longish one is placed in front of the window, with some selected items - mostly jewellery - on it.
Between the bookcases on the right is a space which would seem empty, if it wasn't for some pillows and an quilt seemingly floating mid-air. If you look closely, you can make out the shape of a sofa (yep, yep, the infamous invisible couch ^^). If it wasn't for the dust (there's dust everywhere in this shop...) you wouldn't be able to see it. Behind the sofa, a part of the wall looks different, like a door opening that was bricked up later.
There is a counter in the back of the shop, with an ancient cash register placed on it, an abacus, a few tools, a fan and other stuff. On a small cabinet behind the counter there's an old radio which looks just as ancient as the cash register. Right next to the cabinet there's a shakujo leaning against the wall (a buddhist monk's staff, which are usually used for ritual reasons, but this one looks quite heavy...)
Here is a list (by far not complete) of things that can be found in the shop, nothing of it looking new: Countless books in many different languages. Porcelain dolls, some broken, some not. Fans. Votive lights. Wind chimes. Stained glass lamps. Figurines. Vases. Urns. Rolls of parchment. Signets. Amuletts. Tea pots and cups. Mirrors. Paintings. A box full of old postcards and black&white photos. Irons. Coffee grinders. A box filled with keys. Wooden toys. Pens. Clocks. Jewellery boxes.
In the back wall, there's a wooden door which leads to Aislin's small apartment
Apartment description: Floorplan The walls are painted in warm hues of brown and ochre. To the right is the kitchen. The first door to the left is Aislin's room. It's fairly small and she managed to make it even smaller by sqeezing the biggest wardrobe she could find into it. XD The desk in the corner is covered with tools and items for creating and repairing jewelry.
The bed rather looks like a divan of sorts - there's loads of cushions and blankets on it, most of oriental design.
The second door to the left is the bathroom. It's too tiny even for a bathtub, so there's only a shower. o_O
:: MOORGAHAINE'S EMPORIUM & FORGE ::The place where Luthe bought the sprockets and met some unusual but nice people. XD Link
Outside description:A small, unassuming door sits nestled between two old buildings, with an odd sign reading Moorgahaine Emporium and Forge hanging on it. It seems a little out of place, but otherwise absolutely mundane. It sparkles and glows in a vaguely unnatural way as you enter.
Inside description: The shop is much larger on the inside, impossibly so. There are corridors and doors everywhere, stretching out like a huge hive of wood, metal, and glass. In the center stands a large circular room that every corridor and doorway attaches to. Strange creations shamble, hop, bounce, stride, slink, and crawl about the shop. Shelves line every wall, filled with general sale items and galleries of gift replicas. A patchwork of computers, bizarre tools, large furnaces, assembly lines, and an array of devices both technolgical and magical (sometimes both) are scattered throughout the room. Small monitor gadgets hover along the ceiling, darting along like metallic moths under the flickering glare of computer screens. Inventions line the storage spaces, both finished and incomplete. Some are purely mechanical, and others are a fusion of organics and machine. Several drafting tables are set up near the walls, with plans for future creations scattered along their surface.
Some doors open freely, and others disappear into the walls as soon as they are approached. A few seem playful, and like to move around the room in an odd game of tag when their doorknobs are touched. The plush carpet wiggles slightly, and it's threads move like tiny waves. Any who drop a bit of trash in the shop will find that the carpet is happy to devour such offerings, but leaves anything of value alone.:: THE ABYSS ::It's below the trapdoor in the hallway. Luthe and Aislin are supposed to be it's keepers. But so far nothing has tried to get out there, and no one has tried to get in there. Boring.
Lately Aislin has started to dream of it though. o_O:: THE CITADEL of SHADOWS ::Once the domain of Luthe's clan it's now deserted and sealed...
