There really isn’t that much to remember for Xagada Community is made for the simple reason of providing a hangout where Gaians can meet new people and gain friends. Xagada Rules and Regulations First thing you need to remember are the rules. All guilds have their own set of rules. So be sure to follow the rules so you will not get in trouble. arrow Keep everything PG-13. Not all members are above 13 so be considerate of them. arrow No destroying of any thread by spam or stretches. arrow No harassment and flaming. Let’s keep the Xagada environment as peaceful as we can. arrow Follow rules stated by the thread owner of any thread. arrow No random friend requests. Ask first before making a request. Some people don’t like it random. arrow Stay and participate in the guild. You are not a member unless you participate. And this will not be a guild without people participating. In case you need to be absent because of exams and more important RL stuff then tell us in the Grand Hall.
Any more suggestions of new rules then kindly tell me.

Making Threads: Xagada Community Home Thread The home thread is your home. This is where you put up all your outside links like to your shop, your other guilds, your chatterbox thread and the likes. This is the place where you put up your art collection, you make chapters of your story or post up poetry when you feel inspired. This is the place where you can hold a party and celebrate birthday, thus it is your home in the community so you can create it in any form that you want. Home threads has [HOME] before the title.
Kinds of Home threads: arrow Diary-like blog arrow Art Gallery arrow Story of your OCs arrow A shop arrow A hangout.
Or any combination. The only limit is your imagination.
Suggestions for making home threads successful: arrow Ask for feedback. Change the title once in awhile and ask for feedback about the art you recently acquired or share how you feel. You have to let us know you rather than bumping your thread like crazy. arrow Craziness is a must. Besides, those wacky people make threads a much enjoyable place to stay. Note: Each member must have a home. Members without homes might be deprived of joining some guild privileges like winning contests and events.
Discussion Threads These are those threads where you need feedback from guildmates. Of course, you can make your home double as discussion threads but to be able to catch attention that you need feedback, transforming the thread to a discussion thread will be helpful. Discussion threads have [TOPIC] before the title. You can change [HOME] to [TOPIC] once in awhile in your home thread so you attract people to respond.

Making Threads: Gold-Earning Resources Forum Quest Threads I know you basically know the idea of making quest threads. That is to keep track of your quest by stating how much gold you currently have versus the gold amount you need to attain. Quest threads in Xagada are different in a little sense because we will make use of gold-earning techniques for you to attain your quest. All Quest threads have [QUEST] in the beginning of the title.
Components of a Xagadian quest thread: Each Xagadian quest thread must contain this form: I’m Questing for: [item/art…etc] Current Gold/Ticket Amount: [amount] Needed Gold/Ticket Amount: [amount] Guides Used: [link/s to guides and how much gold is generated] Gold Updates [A weekly update as to how much gold you have earned] Estimated Completion of Quest: [date/number of days/months]
After this you can follow it with donators and the usual components of a quest thread. You can bump it up, promote it and the likes. Xagada will hold various events which can speed up your questing.NOTE: It is important for you to make a Quest thread that contains a form for Xagada will hold events where people with Homes and Quests are the only ones eligible to participate.
Gold Earning Guide Threads These are the guides that will be used by fellow guild members so as to get more gold. It is important that you make it in this format:
Explanation of Technique: Estimated Gold Generated: [state if unknown]
The technique must be well explained for the understanding of members. Techniques not only pertains to getting gold but in making goods like art and pixels as well for these skills, if learned, can bring more gold into our member’s pockets. All techniques have [GUIDE] at the beginning of the title.

Making Threads: Grand Hall Forum Question/Clarification Threads Any question regarding the guild can be posted at the Grand Hall where most of the mods stay. When answered, the owner must confirm that he/she is contented with the answer to signal the mod to delete the thread. Questions must have [QUESTION] at the beginning of the title.
Suggestion Threads If you have an idea you like to share for the betterment of the guild then post it in the Grand Hall and state details about your idea. Put [SUGGEST] at the beginning to catch our attention.
Absence Threads If you need to leave Gaia because of important RL issues then make an absence thread. Out of courtesy, tell us why you need to go. In this way, you can get reply from friends so when you come back you’ll feel how much you’re loved. Put [LEAVE] before the title.
Event Threads When Xagada is holding an event, it will give instructions as to what kind of event threads you need to make. The basic thing is that event threads have [EVENT] at the title but does not necessarily have a criteria to follow for events will vary.
