Banners. A GoD's New News!January 12, 2007"Things Are Back On Track" And A GoD has been reopened. Many things are moving a bit slowly; I am trying to get all the regulations and so forth up and back in action. I owe some people some things, and those will be taken care of. I have some new ideas for the Guild and for things to move forward, but I'm going to need a lot of help; A GoD is a big guild and I can't do this all on my own!
First of all, I'm sorry to all those who I didn't PM about A GoD. I should have, and I'm a sucky captain, and I'm really sorry. I changed my mind about selling the Guild, obviously; I decided we had too much of a good thing going to just get rid of. It took me a while to figure it out, but I did, so I'm ba-ack!
Secondly, there are some things that need to be taken care of. I'd like to apologize to Ameko no Mori for not sending you the money for the avatar art I had requested; I just sent it today, and if you don't have the art anymore, that's okay. I still owe you the money. I apologize.
Next on the table is the Weekly Word Exercises thread in the Poetry Subforum. Rules there are probably going to be changing. I love having people active there and I like being able to critique work, but I can't critique everyone's work on my own. I'd like to recruit another person or two to be in charge of the Weekly Word Exercises and help me out!
Then comes the Weekly Photo Exercise. Not so much work involved in that, since I didn't promise to critique prose, but I'm going to be changing the photo weekly, and I'd like to get more commentary in there. If you write a story for the Weekly Photo Exercise, please comment on someone else's! Thanks.
Last on the menu comes the romantically-based Short Story Contest I had started in the Writing Contests Subforum. I am deeply sorry that I haven't done anything with that, and I promise that results will be in on the 20th of January. Thanks!
