Yeah, we're open again, and I plan on keeping it this way.
Some things have changed and other things haven't. There are also some things we need and some questions I need answered; those will also be listed here. I really need feedback from you guys, so I'd like to get some ideas from you all. Please post here and let me know.

Changed things:
1. My complete and utter dedication to critiquing every poem that might come from the Weekly Word Exercise in the poetry thread.
2. Me running this sucker all by myself. (Not changed yet, but better be changing soon! XD )
3. The front layout. It's not as pretty as it used to be, as I remember correctly. THAT needs to be changed. We must be pretty again! scream
4. My inactivity. wink

Things that NEED to happen:
1. I desperately need crew members. I can't run this sucker by myself; it's basically a big part of the reason why this Guild died before. I can't handle it. I'll be keeping an eye out to find the most active, dedicated and responsible members, and I'll probably end up shooting a PM your way in regards to helping out. If you're ALREADY interested and would rather just start out now (in regards to helping out), pleasepleaseplease PM me. I would appreciate it.
2. Like I said. The Guild needs to be prettified. I'm working on some banners and advertisements and decorative... thingys, myself, but it'd be sweet to get stuff from you folks, too! 3nodding And don't forget, the mini-flags for the guild run 200 x 40 pixels.
3. We need to add to our number! I'm hoping to get the "Recommendations" thread moving a bit; I'm hoping for A G0D to grow. Like a lot.

Questions I need answered:

1. What's your stance on banning inactive members? How long should they be inactive before they are removed from the Guild? Should we even do that at all?
2. In regards to crew members: I was thinking each crew member should be in charge of a different part of the Guild. Opinions on that?
3. What's your opinion on the new and less complicated join request? Is that okay? Do you think more people will get accepted who shouldn't be, or do you think it's just right?
4. What do you think of the homepage introduction? Let me know if you think it needs changing.

3. Read between the lines about their literacy. ;P
4. Change "MMORPG" to just "RP", or "RPG". MMORPG = Massive Multiplayer Online RolePlaying Game.

I don't really think that inactive members need to be banned, but if they are going to be then probably a couple of months, unless they have a reason.

That sounds good. Maybe you might want one or two who just help around everything, that you can delegate tasks to.

Haven't had a look at it, but I'm sure that it's just fine!

The introduction is fine just the way it is. Kj rawks my socks.
