The Story: At the North American border of the Atlantic Ocean it has recently been discovered that the Federation have developed several oil refineries. These refineries are not a real threat for the moment, but in the future they will become a major threat to Zeon as these refineries will be able to refuel and refit Federation vessels land and sea, and this must not be allowed to occur.
The Mission: Just before the ocean is reached there is a city that the federation have also been using for military purposes. Several recon missions have confirmed that several anti-aircraft cannons have been located around the city, and an ocean assault is out of the question because the refineries are protected by the Delta itself making our sea vessels useless. I have enlisted the help of several Zeon soldiers who will cause a disturbance at the northern end of the city. While the Federation are caught off guard a small group of mobile suits will perform a aerial drop near the east end of the city. After the drop is completed the mobile suits will proceed through the city eliminating any enemy resistance until the refineries are located and destroyed. If destruction of the facilities are not possible there will be an extraction point near the west of the city, as proceeding through the ocean will allow the federation sea vessels to destroy our mobile suits. The forces providing our distraction will only be able to hold federation forces for a short while so this mission should be as short as possible. If the distraction force fails there will be an immediate retreat and the special ops unit sent to destroy the facilities will be on there own until help arrives at the west point (as the vessels at west point will be occupied with retrieving survivors of the distraction force).
Terrain: There is heavy forestry around the city and a river running through it to the delta. Plenty of cover thanks to the city's buildings, however the Federation still hold the advantage.

He felt quite odd...a low ranking soldier givin a responsibility such as this, but thats what all soldiers were, weren't they? Cannon fodder used by the highers ups own interest, but he quickly pushed his worries aside, he had a mission to complete after all. Exitting his tent he looked around squinting slightly to get used to the sunlight. There was activity everywhere, after all a temporary airstrip had to be set up for supplies to be flown in. It was already 80% complete, and it would provide just enough time for Treii to round up more volunteers to go on this well planned suicide mission...., but who else would have the balls to take up such a challenge he wondered?

He took a few minutes to take in the scenery before retreating back to his tent. He had sent word that any volunteers for this mission would be sent to his tent for a proper briefing. Though the mission would begin as soon as they stepped foot in this area. If the federation found out that Zeon was so close to their base they would be over run....
