there are two shows that have sgtfrog charters that the creater of sgt frog worked own arcade gamer fubike and seven of seven anime medyhuny in both and 623 sort of inporten in seven of seven

I thought Arcade Gamer Fubuki was just a manga...
Still, yes 623 has appeared in Seven of Seven. He was also a radio DJ in that one too.

I can't really coment on this... but I have found Keroro hidden (if you could call it that) in an American show. In the first episode of "Heroes", you can find a tiny Keroro figurine on Hiro's work desk. When I saw it I yelled "Oh My Gosh!"

Neko-a-la-Noir I can't really coment on this... but I have found Keroro hidden (if you could call it that) in an American show. In the first episode of "Heroes", you can find a tiny Keroro figurine on Hiro's work desk. When I saw it I yelled "Oh My Gosh!" no i mean there are charters that are relly charters in it

Well, yeah, those were both created by Mine Yoshizaki (he was the character designer for Seven of Seven technically though) , the creator KG.
manga authors reuse characters all the time (just look at CLAMP)

Well I saw them in another anime. Lucky Star. Their in an arcade and one of them gets a Keroro out of one of those claw games.
