i'm surprised people aren't jumping on this thread, what with the freaking fabulousness of all the eps. i don't know of one episode of season six i DIDN'T love.
let's go down the list here.
SEASON 6
6-01 - Bargaining (1) - MY FAVORITE PART: when giles tries to just leave, but the gang shows up at the airport anyways.
MY FAVORITE QUOTE:SPIKE: I'm never gonna get anything killed with you lot holding me back.
TARA: (panting) I thought the big ones were supposed to tire more easily.
SPIKE: No, that's over-the-hill shopkeepers.
GILES: (leaning against a gravestone, panting) I'm fine. I just need to ... to die for a minute.
SPIKE: (to Tara) It was that powder you blew at him made him rabbit off.
TARA: It's sorbis root, it was supposed to confuse him, but ... it just kinda made him peppy.
Spike rolls his eyes.
TARA: It's not supposed to mix with anything, you think he might be taking prescription medication?
SPIKE: (sarcastic) Yeah, that must be it.
GILES: Good god, I hope he doesn't try to operate heavy machinery.
6-02 - Bargaining (2)- MY FAVORITE PART:easy. dawn seeing buffy.

6-03 - After Life- MY FAVORITE PART: pfft. buffy coming down the stairs and spike seeing that it's her. oh god angst.

6-04 - Flooded- MY FAVORITE PART: giles telling off willow. i love pissed off giles.

DAWN: Thank you. See? (sits) No biggie. I can totally handle it.
She opens the book and checks out the first page.

She looks again, slowly closes the book.

6-05 - Life Serial- MY FAVORITE PART:the end with buffy and spike drinking, and buffy's drinking face.

6-06 - All The Way- MY FAVORITE PART:well, we all know i'm not a tara fan, but the end with the willow and tara sweetness?(after willow's forget bramble thing) that's just nice.
MY FAVORITE QUOTE:BUFFY: (outraged) Were you parking?! With a vamp?
DAWN: I-I didn't know he was dead!
JUSTIN: Living dead.
DAWN: Shut up!
BUFFY: How could you not know?
DAWN: I just met him!
BUFFY: Oh! Oh, so you were parking in the woods with a boy you just met.
JUSTIN: We've seen each other at parties.
BUFFY: Shut up. (to Dawn) I don't believe you!
Spike looks around with a frown.

ROTF. spike thinking he and giles are father and son. too funny.

I'd have to say my favorite was the musical Once More With Feeling because most shows do not even have one and they did a good job on it. There was so comedy and drama all mixed together (as always)...and everyone finally finds out the truth about Buffy and you just want to go...dun dun dun!

I'm not gonna lie when I say that my favorite part was Willow gaining all of this power and becoming a very stong witch. I have always loved Willow and I even try to get my hair like hers and it's kinda close right now. I really like her strenth because she has been through so much from being a nerdy computer girl that no one noticed to being a powerful witch that everyone feared when she became bad. Then in the end of the season the love of Xander that saved her because it was pure love and she felt the same for him in a way. It was a very touching and inspirational season.
I also liked Once More with Feeling because I am an artsy fartsy person and that Joss would do a musical episode really caught my eye. It was clever and you also learned the secrets that Buffy was caring with her that she didn't want to express due to the fear of hurting the others. AMAZING.
