Current Team: Dart the Dark Nidorino, Tsunami the Dark Poliwhirl, Draik the Dark Gyarados, Nightmare the Haunter, and Lightning the Magnemite
Strategy in Battle: WizzRobe tends to have a very beat down strategy. He likes to skip the fancy stuff and just take down his opponents as fast as possible. Some may even get unlucky and find their pokemon with some pretty nasty injuries after the battle. Though his strategy does rely plenty on strength, don't be fooled, he always has something up his sleeve.
Personality: WizzRobe grew up with Team Rocket and that has left quite a mark on him. He is incredibly ruthless with anyone when it comes down to it, espicially his pokemon. He could watch them die and not give a care. One would have to be careful around him, despite first impressions.

Arena
One mile up high, the air in the gym is harder to breathe because of the altitude. The darkness is what keeps it afloat. The battle field is of cold, flat, and hard cement on a huge floating stone. It would be quite a journey to reach it, espicially since you would have to get through the dangerous city of Yamiyo first. In the battle field are two floating stones, where the trainers stand on to make their commands to their pokemon and to watch the battle easier. It is said when one loses, the stands float out of the gym and drop straight down, taking the unlucky loser with them.

Rules
1. No complaining if you don't win.
2. You must write how you got to the gym in at least 2 posts; for example, tell how you got through Yamiyo, and how you managed to reach the height of the gym. I will not allow crappy one or two liners.
3. Do not control my pokemon or my character. If you do this you will be disqualified and the match will end.
4. Type in at least semi-decent grammar. I want to be able to read your posts.
5. No god-moding.
6. I will accept any challenges made, except when the gym is not taking any challenges, which might happen when I am busy.
7. I am only accepting challenges when the topic specifically says "Open for Challenges".
8. I like to make each of my battles unique. Thats means I will change the rules for every battle, and the pokemon I use will always vary.
9. Break the rules and Draik will eat you domokun .

"the night was cold and dark, and the people on the street snickered as they saw poke run past, and a few men even whistled at her. At the moment, she only had one objective, and that was to get to the Gym as fast as she could.
she had heard a few rumours going about that a new gym leader had been selected, and had taken up residence in this city...but where the gym was she had no idea. As poke turned a corner into the main street, a guy jumped in front of her and barred her path.
"hey there sweetie, now whats a little girl like you doing in a place like this?"
poke just glared at the guy, and then pushed him aside as she made her way to the bar she saw last time she was here.
once inside she walked up straight to the bar, where the bartender was currently washing up a few dirty glasses
"umm..excuse me, but do you know the location of the yamiyo city gym?"
the bartender just looked up at the question poke asked, and stared her down, replying in a rude tone:
"are you nuts?"
"no l'm not nuts, l wanna challenge the gym leader to a battle, now will you tell me where it is?
again, the bartender just looked at her as if she was some alien, and just shook his head, laughing a little
"l still think your nuts, but jsut go to the highest point you can find and look up, and you'll find it"
er...ok..thanks...
"as she walked out of the bar, the bartended decided to mock her by calling out "nice knowing you" and was accompined by a few laughs from the people that were drinking there.
poke just mumbled, and then looked around outside for a nice high place to go. "l guess the highest place to go would be a skyscraper....
"she took out one of her pokeballs. and threw it into the air" hey ziggy! and chance of a lift?
"ziggy popped out of the pokeball and then looked down to where poke was standing" sure ^^ just hope on
"she nodded, and then jumped onto ziggys back as she took off "go to the highest point we can find!"
(("phew" l hope that was an ok post blaugh ))

((whoops, almost forgot the second part, sorry mesa respond now ))
"as the duo flew higher and higher into the sky serching for the highest point poissble, poke's attention was sidtraced...
she up further into the sky to see a floating area, that seemed to ooze darkness. she shivered, and pointed towards the arena" up there ziggy! thats were we need to go!
ziggy: we're gonna battle on that? sweatdrop
unforntuately, yes....oh well, at least we can see this time ^_^;;
"ziggy flapped her wings harder to get higher, and when she was high enough she flew over the top of the arena and landed on it"
"poke hopped of zggys back and looked around. it seemed deserted.... and she felt like she wasn't getting enough air"

"The rules will be as follow. Three vs. three with no time limit. You can use any pokemon you want, and no healing items allowed from both of us during the battle," said WizzRobe as he seemed to appear from the other side of the battle field. "Do you understand?" he asked.

"poke almost jumped out of her skin when wizzrobe appeared out of no where. quickly gaining composure (sp?) she nodded and took out two pokeballs from her belt"
"the three pokemon l will use for this battle are ran the vaporeon, ziggy the charazard and pan the pikachu" she recited, before throwing the pokeballs and releasing the pokemon inside. as soon as pan and ran appeared, they went to the centre of the field, along with ziggy who was already out, and waited.
you can make the first move if you'd like 3nodding

"In that case, I use Tsunami, Nightmare, and Dart," said WizzRobe as his pokemon released themselves from their pokeballs as the words were said. "Now, Tsunami, match up with the Charizard and use a Water Gun, Nightmare, match up with the Pikachu and use a Shadow Punch, and Dart, match up with the Vaporeon and use a Megahorn," commanded WizzRobe. All of their pokemon nodded and immediatly went to carry out their attacks at the pokemon they were assigned to.

ziggy, take to the air and use a flamethrower attack on nightmare. Pan aim a thunderbolt attack at the water gun, and ran jump to the side and use a auora beam on dart!
"ziggy opened her large wings and jumped, quickly flapping them so she could stay airborn, and escaping the water gun attack. she then sent out her flamethrower attack at nightmare.
"pan was hit with the shadow punch, since it always hit no matter what. though instead of retailating she ran towards tsunami so she was closer to him, and with a large "PIIKKAACCHHUUU!!!", shot out her thunderbolt attack at the watergun.
"ran was able to jump out of the way of darts megahorn, and then retailiate with his arora beam attack"

"Nightmare, use a Frustration on the Charizard, Tsunami, use a Submission on the Pikachu, and Dart, do the same as your opponent and then use a Horn Attack," commanded WizzRobe. Nightmare was hit by the Flamethrower and took a decent amount of damage from it, but he still continued forward to carry out a Frustration attack, the move based on how much he disliked his trainer. This would make for quite a hit. Tsunami's attack was canceled out by the Thunderbolt attack. Tsunami then quickly ran at the Pikachu to grab it and perform a Submission attack. Dart then did as his master said and jumped to the side to dodge the Aura Beam. He then ran at the Vaporeon to perform a Horn Attack.
