Paul Heyman welcomes both men to EEW. He wants them to put on the best performance they can tonight in their debut. Remember that in EEW, all matches are held under ECW Rules!

there's an explosion of flames on the stage and red light covers the arena as Slow Chemical hits and Kane makes his way out and down to the ring.
"Making his way to the ring, weighing in at 320 pounds, Kane!"
Kane climbs in over the top rope and walks to the center. raises his arms and brings them down, making flames shoot up out of the turnbuckles and the lights return to normal. the music dies out eventually as he waits for HBK

Sexy Boy hits the PA as the lights begin to flash and HBK comes out, wearing a DX tshirt. he looks out at the EEW audience, which gives him a standing ovation. Pleased at his acceptance in EEW he walks down the ramp a ways before stopping and dropping down to his knees.
"Making his way to the ring, from San Antonio Texas, weighing in at 225 pounds, the Heartbreak Kid, Shawn Michaels!"
Shawn Michaels raises his arms in his usual fashion as his pyros shoot off behind him. he gets up and walks down to the ring, slapping fans hands along the way. he steps into the ring and spins to the center, posing as his old pyros shoot off behind him. he straightens up and tosses his tshirt out into the crowd, then turns to Kane, waiting

the bell rings and Kane goes in for a lock up, which he'd follow by trying to toss HBK across the ring

HBK is in no way dumb enough to think he can overpower Kane, so instead of going into the lock up, he goes for a quick kick to the gut, followed by some hard right hands

the kick connects and so does a few of the rights, but finally Kane blocks and goes for a hard uppercut to the jaw

the uppercut connects and knocks HBK back intot he ropes. he attempts to bounce back with a clothesline

Kane gets up and steps out of the ring, remembering that all the matches here are extreme rules. he looks under the ring and starts pulling out weapons, steel chairs, cookie sheets, road signs, baseball bats, and other thing and throws them into the ring, then climbs back in. HBK would probably be up by now and if so, he'd attempt a hard clothesline

HBK is indeed on his feet again and picks up a steel chair. he ducks the clothesline while at the same time swinging the chair at Kane's midsection. if successful, he'd follow up with a shot to the head

both chair shots connect, leaving Kane flat on his back. almost immediately he sits up and gets to his feet again

HBK had been around far too long to just let him get up. as he's trying to stand, HBK takes another shot at his head with the steel chair
