Rafael walked along the cobblestone streets of the small town, for which he knew not the name. He was new to the town, but he would assume that the cuisine was fine and delectable. He was the only one that walked in the middle of the street. Or the only one who dared anyway. Ladies would walk to the sides far from him, but could feel his radient and elegant energy that emersed from him everplace he stepped. They swooned at the sight of his meer shadow and praised him like a god for his beauty. The man scowled as they passed him, scorning him for the way the women reacted to him.

He payed no attention to their faces, nor their reactions to his pressence. He slowly trudged on through the damp road, his boots clicking with each step. His black cloth trench coat waved behind his legs, with only his hands in his pockets to keep them uncontrol from the wind and movement. His trousers were not that of the normal man's back in these days. His were pure black and expanded enough for them to bounce off his legs. Underneath his coat, the white frill of his V-neck collar flowed like his coat, but with more control. The shirt only showed off his pale chest, very different from the original run of the mill men's dressing. Farther up his outfit, his coat collar was pulled up to cover the side of his neck. His black, wet like, gelled hair did not move with the rest of his body, it stood sticking up in little organized spikes. This style was unheard of and no one dared to try to make it popular. His eyes darted from every alley, to every stand and post, every little nook and cranny that normal humans would never really notice this time of night and in this prepetual darkness that surrounded them.

Tiffe grinned and slipped slitently out the window of the town merchant's very spacious home, the pouches linning her belt were stuffed full of glittering perfections that would fund her next trip. She was an expert climber and scurried down the two story wall and dropped to the ground in the middle of an alley. Tiffe waited not another moment and began to sprint out of the alley way, alhtough as she rounded the corner she ran straight into what she first thought was a wall for how hard it was but as she disloged her self from it she found that it was a very stunning peice of work for walking around in a town like this, Tiffe indulged for eyes for a moment before she prepared to run past him.

Rafael left something touch him, and looked over to the woman who stood near him with his feirce eyes. For the moment, his attention was fixed only on this girl. She was mortal, but it didn't seem to matter. Before she ran, he quickly grabbed her arm, stopping her in her tracks, without him even budgeing. "Watch where you're going. You could get yourself into trouble that way. If you bump into the wrong person." he said, half way between a whisper and a mumble. He looked at her face more clearly now and gave a friendly half smile, without showing his fangs, knowing that would terrify her even more.

She was suprised by his speed to say the least, this was no ordinary run off the mill, travler. She brough her other hand to his wrist and easily pushed a pressure point, allowing her to free her other hand from his grip saying, "That goes for every one out at this time of night, little dark for a stroll isn't it..?" She asked not about to play aroudn with small talk, she was curious as to his reason for being out so late, but she was also wary, he had put her on her guard and it wouldn't be dropped any time soon.

Rafael looked at his hand that was holding her, but quckly released. He realized that this woman would not be easy. "I enjoy the dark. It helps to clear my mind. Making it easier for me to think. I should ask the same thing, but I can see you are in a hurry to get somewhere. So, without a name given, I shall say, Adeu" and he bowed like a gentlemen, then slowly began to walk away from her, but soundlessly counting the seconds till she said stop or wait.

Tiffe was suprised about his abruptness but didn't mind the view she'd gotten of his chest while he bowed. As he walked away she half smiled to herself and said loud enough for him to hear her "I get the feeling we'll meet again, so my name's Tiffe.." As he turnned to regard her farewell she casually saluted and then sprinted off the harbor to buy her self the next ticket out of here, before the merchant woke up!

Rafael watched her leave, then saw her destination. He figured it was time for a new place anyway. With movement too fast for her or any other human could see, he followed her in teh shadows, watching. Her name ringed in his head as he watched her.

((Is she getting on the ship now?))

((yeah))
Tiffe slipped on board after she'd handed the boat man her ticket, she smiled to herself remembering how chiseled the mans chest was.. she leaned against the railing of the boats prow and sighed was it right to just walk away...? she slipped away from the railing and walked a few oaces around the deck before she went back to the railing and looked back at the town, i wonder if i really will see him again...

Just seconds before the ship took off from port, Rafael boarded with no ticket. He quickly scanned the ship and found Tiffe. He read her thoughts and smirked at himself. With soundless and quickl presicion, he appeared beside her on the railing, leaning his forearms on the railing, looking at the same town he arrived in just a few moments ago. "See who again?" he asked, with a smirk on his face.

Tiffe barely glanced at the person next to her and was so involved in her own little world that she started to answer "oh, just this guy I ---" she stopped and did a double take of the person who had just appeared next to her. "Holy sh--!" she reeled back wards away from him and after a moment breathed out heavily, angry that he'd caught her in 'la la land' for the second time that night. She was about to ask if he had somehting against a simple hand shake or tap on the shoudler when she realized, i hadn't said anything so how did he know i was thinking of him ..?
Tiffe folded her arms and got into a semi defnesive stance, her legs spart to steady herself "Are you following me..? becuase when i left you were headed in the opposite direction of the dock...."

Rafael laughed at her reaction and looked over at her with a smile, showing his sharp fangs glistening in the moonlight. "You said we would meet again and I wanted you to be a woman of your word." he heard her thoughts, but didn't answer them. He turned around to lean his back against the railing with only his hands keeping him from falling over. He heard her think about his chest so made sure his trench coat edges would fall back against the rails to let more of his body show. He smirked and covered his teeth again. "And I was planning on leaving anyways, just didn't know where the docks were. I did somewhat watch you and saw the docks so boarded before you." he saw the disbelief in her eyes. "Short cut."

A chill ran down Tiffe's back as he smiled but it was short lived, and she hadn't gotten a chance to see what about it had made her shiver. Tiffe took a step forward raising a eyebrow "Thats one hell of a short cut..." She said as she took another step forward, Tiffe saw that the wind made his trench coat wave slightly which drew her attention to his chest again, where she got an even better look. Because he was leaning on the rail she was able to see even more than before including a very nicely rippled abdomen that just went up to an equally gorgeous face... Tiffe had been staring for a moment so she snapped out of it and then got to the even more suspicious part of all this This stranger, just happens to run into me and then just happens to be on the same boat, beyond that... what the hell is a face and bod like that doing following me around...? not that i mind of course.... Not takeing any more crap she cut straight to the chase "So, what are you really doing here..?" she said with a smirk of her own as she stuck out a hip and folded her arms.

Rafael couldn't help but smile and chuckle a bit at her thoughts. "I walk fast. My name is Rafael Andre and I'm here to sail away. I got tired of this town already. Nothing fun to do. So I decided to leave. Didn't I just tell you this?" he asked, rasing a eyebrow and smirked at her. He watched her carefully. Her thoughts didn't equal her actions at all. But he could tell she was nervous by her heartbeat. It was racing just a bit faster then her normal rate which was slower. He looked up at the sails which were now full of wind and back out over the town they were leaving. "What are you doing on this boat?" he asked, already knowing, but wanting to ask anyway. He looked back at her, his eyes half shut and examining her carefully once more. His mouth set to his charming smile.

Tiffe forced the nervouness out of her mind and studied the stranger skeptically, and retorted easily once he'd made his sorry excuses again,
"i heard you the first time, and wouldn't have asked again unless i thought you were being less than honest." When he asked about her resons for a quick departure she smirked and said "Oh, i 'got tired of it'." Her obvious use of his excuse was meant to retort, Tiffe's hair jostled around her head for a moment as a wind caught the ship and blew them farther away from the shore. theres something about this guy thats... not right...i dont know what it is but .. everything, the way he talks and smiles theres something off here... what is it??
