Form Event Name: Time: Staff: Prizes Needed: Other Notes: If we have the funds, we will be able to assist in providing prizes for contests and giveaways and the like. However, the amount of funds we have depends strongly on how many donations we get.
Not all events must register here to run during the festival. However, if you do not register, we cannot add you to the Schedule of Events, and we cannot assist you in gathering staff and prizes.

Event Name: Peace Festival Hippie Group Song-Writeing thing (Name can/should be changed)
Time: Probably the entire event..... save the very last day when I will put the lyrics together
Staff: someone willing to look through the couplets and out rule ones that aren't peaceful.... and put the song together in the end.
Prizes Needed:None heart
Other Notes:
I randomly came up with this idea.... after someone said something about a song..
We have each person post a rhyming couplet (Which is two lines of a poem or song where the last word rhymes) and we put it all together at the end of the event heart
Just an idea.

Time: Day or Two (It's flexible, but not ona weekend for me x3)
Staff: Someone to collect the trades.
Prizes Needed: Could add more, but I was thinking of having an entry fee.
Other Notes: Alright, tickets would cost 100g and you can buy an unlimited amount, and each ticket would reserve one number and at the end of the event the random number generator would be used to decide the winner! Could even give half the proceeds to a charity or summin nice and peacful like that ^-^

Event Name: Gaia Peace Pageant
Time: The first day is the pageant, at 3:00pm est (when I get out from school is 2:20, so 3 is just enough time to set up. smile )
Staff: 3 major judges and a bouncer for the towns showing, if possible.
Prizes Needed: Well, the main prize could be a large bouquet of flowers and a tiara, and if the tiara isn't very expensive, there could be a gold prize included. Second prize would be a smaller boquet and a gold prize, while third is just a small bouquet of sunflowers. But it could just be 1st and 2nd, or only 1st. feel free to edit this part.
Other notes: You would have to get a ticket (1g) to go to the towns showing, in a volunteered house, preferably a large theater with room to sit and well, host a pageant. now, there wouldn't be more than one showing... but onto another note.
Aside from the showing price and location, there would be contestant dress code. Both genders may enter, as well as Zurgs. The theme will be Gaia Peace, of course, and the stageline will be decorated in sunflower boquets, something we can surely do (i have the gold to make it, don't worry) and you may also go on as a couple contestant. I'm growing confusing here, aren't I? I'll stop and make the entire event organized first.... ^^;
But on another note, it doesn't have to be a balerina tiara, it could be a paper crown. just whatever we have remaining money for.

Prizes Needed: um idk just random prizes that people will want. i might supply some ^^(might= probally in inventory opens buy then..)
Other Notes: Um idk but what about an entrance fee to the dice game ^^ so we can pay for the prizes ^^ biggrin

Time: Whenever. I'll probably need a thread open for a few days.
Staff: None, I can do it XD it's a small event.
Prizes Needed: Since I'm doing this by myself I can handle the contest ^^ If you wanna donate go knock your socks off but this is my help for the guild and towards peace!!
Other notes:
Someone suugested this earlier so I'm gonna take on the job. It's an avatar contest, using tektek have members submit an avatar that they believe is related to peace and state why, the items, and the overall price. I'll judge them (and if I have to, drag my mom over who knows little to nothing about gaia) and rate them on the apperence, their description, and the amount of items and their price. I'll probably only have a 1st place, 2nd place, and 3rd place since I'm gonna pay for the prizes myself.
I have school and work on weekends so if anything I'd like it to run a day or two... or the entire thing if possible to have more entries o.o; and then one day just go through the entries and choose the winners ^^
Does this sound okay? D= Really not sure what the prizes will be yet (probably just gold/tokens/tickets) or how long I'll need. =D You guys can choose so it works with the festival schedual.
Sorry for posting this so late >.< I've tried for the past few days and half the time I had to stop part way through because my teacher keeps catching me XD
