The triplets stood in a collective huddle at the school’s gate, a trio of eyes watching the large buildings with apprehension. They had already received the third degree from Cyn about behaving, although none of the toddlers had paid too much interest – something that wasn’t uncommon. Their guardian wasn’t exactly the most attentive or interested parent, leaving the triplets to own devices.
“What are ‘posed to do?” Amelia asked, holding a stitched and restitched rabbit toy in her arms.
Both of her brothers shrugged. “Cyn said we meant to learn stuff” Viktor replied, being the boldest of the three. “Means we have’ta go in their with others..” he continued, thumbing his finger in the direction of the school. Heaven continued to walk up the stairs to the front dooor of the school she looked at the watch that Kitty gave her and saw that she had some extra time, so she walked over to a shady tree and sat under it.
She took out a pink and yellow cd player and started to listen to some of her favorite child songs.

“Let’s go” Viktor instructed, pushing through the gates and into the school grounds. Amelia and Marcus followed. The trio hadn’t walked far before their leader came to a sudden stop. “Over ‘dere” the red-head announced, pointing to the tree beneath which Heaven sat. Marcus’s lips curled in disgust at the older child, whose bright pink wings were obvious even from this distance. Although the triplets had only encountered a wolven infant up to this point, they held the same unexplainable contempt for those who didn’t possess strictly human qualities.
Within moments Heaven found herself surrounded by three toddlers, each of which was watching her with a dark expression. “Why do you ‘ave those?” Viktor demanded, arms crossed over his chest as he nodded toward her wings. “’Dere ugly and you’re not normal ‘cause of them” Heaven just looked up and the three younger kids and stood up being much taller than they are.
You mean these?Said Heaven pointing at her wings and than looking up at her halo.
She looked back down at the three children.
I'm an angel of course! I was born with them, all angels are.Said Heaven lifting up an eyebrow at the three.

Viktor, Amelia and Marcus just stared up at the girl impassively, unaffected by her attempts to intimidate them. With his arms still crossed over his chest, Viktor replied – “That’s what I said”. His voice was cold, something that one wouldn’t expect for a child his age. He hadn’t been taught to speak in such a way, hadn’t had someone older and wiser speak to him in that manner, it was simply something he knew.
“An angel…?” Marcus commented condescendingly, quirking his eyebrow at Heaven.
“You don’t b’long here” a third voice spoke, female and clearly belong to Amelia.
“This place is for normal ‘eople, not freaks like you” Viktor sneered, glaring at Heaven. Heaven's eyes glowed a quick bright pink and than faded.
Well than I guess you three will be seeing a lot more freaks than for I aint the only one with wings ya know!Said Heaven giving a tad bit of a cold stare at the three.
Has your mother taught you any manners?!Said Heaven as she gathered her books and backpack and started to walk away towards the building.

At this new information the triplets seemed to brighten. Perhaps school wouldn’t be so bad with other mixed breeds to torment. Not being about to allow Heaven be free of their vicious comments Viktor hurried after her, Amelia and Marcus following closely behind. Even though she was a freak in their opinion, the triplets were still new to this school and had little knowledge of where they were going and what they were meant to do – hence they need a guide of sorts.
“No, and she isn’t our mother – her name is Cyn” the child informed Heaven as he caught up with her, the faint hint of longing and sadness buried beneath his words. Inhaling sharply in preparation for his next words, Viktor continued on. “Sorry” he said quietly from between gritted teeth, “for what we said”. He wasn’t truly sorry, but even those like Heaven needed to feel they were important at times. “We’re new ‘ere, we don’t know where to go and how to act” Heaven just stared at the three triplets with a bit of a glare in her eyes as they trail the three triplets.
Than she rubbed her forehead and looked up into the sky and looked back down at them.
Fine.... follow me...Said Heaven as she continued to walk up the stairs making sure that they stayed close behind her.

With the same unreadable expressions, the triplets returned Heaven’s glare. Irritated that such a lowly creature was showing such insolence, the toddlers fought to keep this emotion from creeping into their countenances in order to continue the illusion that Heaven was important.
“What are ‘dey for?” Amelia asked, moving up beside Viktor. Unlike most children her age, who would have been curious and excited at meeting a creature with wings, Amelia’s voice held none of this feelings; cold and empty instead. “Can you fly with ‘dem? Or do ‘dey just make you look different?” Not even turning around to look at the three ruse children she says.
Yes... I can fly with them but not quite yet, I'm still learning..... My also adoptive mother is teaching me how now listen up right now we are in the elementary school. I have to bring you towards the Kindergarden classes okay? Just follow me.....Said Heaven as she walked through a set of double doors.

Biting back the sharp words that threatened to escape his lips, dealing with Heaven’s rudeness toward them, Viktor glanced to his siblings to gauge their reaction on the girl. Similar hard expressions graced Marcus and Amelia’s features, each on fighting to keep their sentiments in check.
“Why would you want’ta fly?” Marcus asked, crossing his arms over his chest to hide his balled hands. People like Heaven, those who weren’t as pure-blooded as themselves, should be submitting to the triplets demands without the attitude. *She turned her head and looked at the three*

“What’s the point?” Viktor replied, picking up where his brother had left off. “Why do you need wings to fly when ‘dere are planes and things?”. There was no doubt that he was scoffing at Heaven’s explanation, his tone covering up his annoyance that there seemed to be an exclusive club in which Heaven was a member and they were not.
“No” Amelia replied to the angel’s second question, fishing a piece of paper out of her backpack. “This is all we know” she continued, handing the note to Heaven while ensuring she didn’t physically touch the girl.
One the paper was written:
Ms. Dragoneddy – Kindergarten. Heaven looked at Viktor.
Why of course I would use those but the wings are for certian type of angel things that I'll probably find more about later on in my life when I get older, now what do we got here?Said Heaven as she took the note and looked at it.
She smiled.
That won't be too hard at all, just follow me okay? We are gonna go to the main office, so try to memorize it. You go there when you have to drop off notes or see the principle or ask any questions.Said Heaven still holding the note as she continued to walk once again.

Angel things…, Viktor thought to himself, frustration and annoyance passing through his eyes at the prospect that the half-breeds were uniting. That would be something that would have to be monitored. Remaining silent for the moment he followed after Heaven, head held high in defiance of those who would think poorly of him for keeping such company.
Not returning the smile, Amelia wrapped her arms tighter around her soft toy and continued to walk.
“Is the prin…ci…pal normal?” Marcus inquired, sounding out the new word to ensure he pronounced it correctly. Heaven rolled her eyes and gave a light nod to Marcus's question.
yes.... he is.... but don't expect them all to be.... where hereSaid Heaven walking inside.
Sitting at a big desk was a woman with glasses on but here was something different about her too.
For she had two large ELF ears sticking out of her head. Why she was an elf....
She looked up and smiled at Heaven.
Can I help you with anything sweety?She asked.
Heaven nodded and started to ask about the room that the teacher was in.

Marcus nodded sharply to show that he was pleased with the response, making no further comment about what other breeds they might encounter while at school. Following Heaven and his siblings into the office, the toddler stopped in his tracks at the sight of the woman that greeted them. Lifting his hands to his own rounded ears, the child mimicked a pointed action to Viktor and Amelia – each of whom nodded to show they understood what he meant.
The same open hostility they had shown to Heaven remained concealed within the presence of the adult – deeming that she was in a powerful position and deserved masked respect. With their moody expressions, the trio waited for Heaven to start moving again. With a nod and three lollypops Heaven walked back up to the three.
Okay your room is k203, I know where that is too so come on we are almost there and also look what she got you...Said Heaven letting out the three pops in her hands handing them to the children.

Taking the lollypops, the triplets held onto the sugary treats and made no move to eat them. Who knew what the elf-eared woman could have done to them – half-breeds were tricky like that. Turning upon his heel and heading back out of the office, Viktor motioned for Amelia and Marcus to follow. Huddling in their collective group once more, the trio waited for Heaven to lead them to their classroom.
“The sooner this day is over, the better…” Marcus murmured, loud enough to only be heard within their little group.
“I need a bath” Amelia added, shuddering. Heaven continued to walk once again looking for the room number when she stops in front of a door.
Here we are! Room k203! Now listen you three, your teacher may be to you what you call a freak so you better respect them! Now just memorize this spot and walk into the door and take a seat. Okay? Now I must leave you to your own, other students and the teacher Ms. Dragoneddy will now help you out.Xpressionless
Viktor appeared livid, Amelia and Marcus standing behind their siblings in an equal angered state. Had the half-breed child just told them to do something, demanded they act in a certain way and treat others in a particular fashion? In the triplets eyes this was hardly appropriate behaviour from someone of Heaven’s station, and the girl was about to be told thus. Stepping forward until he was mere inches from the older child, Viktor’s lips pulled back from his elongated fangs as words hissed from his mouth – “Remember your place freak, and don’t give us orders ever again!”
Not bidding Heaven a farewell or offering her thanks for showing them around, something that would be unlikely to occur on the best of circumstances, the red-headed child motioned for his siblings to enter the classroom; shooting a final glare at Heaven before following suit.
As they entered, Tidus was greeted with a slight nod from the triplets while Shidiomi was blatantly ignored. Eager to see this day finished; Viktor, Amelia and Marcus seated themselves in adjacent seats and waited for the teacher. Heaven just stared at the three and gave a glare.
Spoiled brats!She hisses under her own voice as she turns around and leaves also not giving a good bye.
