Can you believe this thread was made almost a year ago? (:

I thought, since this was made in January, that we could revise these so we could see how much we have progressed in our language skills. Or we could see what we have slacked in. (:

Gaelic
German

I only know how to write Russian. I can't really pronounce anything correctly in Russian, so it's hard for me to remember vocabulary. DX

Really beginning: Vietnamese

Fluent in: English (mother tongue)

Formerly advanced in (been so long since I've spoken it): German (studied for 4 years at school and got an A* at GCSE)

Intermediate: French (spent 3 years learning it at school then dropped it a few years ago)

Beginning: Spanish (know basic phrases but can't really be motivated to learn more right now)

Beginning: Welsh (this is what I am focusing on right now)

Very Basic: Latin (did some of this at school years ago and can remember a few random phrases and bits of grammar)

I can count in:French, Japanese (only 1-10)

Currently I'm learning Japanese on my own. I've got some people that can help if I'm stuck (like on pronounciation), but felt that maybe someone here could help more, if they where fluent in english and japanese?

I actually prefer the /zi/ sound to "zed" - most of the other letters end in an /i/, so why shouldn't this one?
