The accomplice lifted a brass rod into the air, pointing it at one of the innocents below. They leaned towards the sniper and whispered "See him? He is who I want gone next." But the sniper had had enough.
"I'm through with you." they said, turning a small revolver on the accomplice and firing.
Darkmaniac fell screaming towards the ground. She had never even seen the sniper's face. Oh well, at least she would be joining Nymphie in eternal rest. Her dying words-"I regret some thiiiiiiiings!"-rang through the halls as she landed in a heap on the marble.

Now, when someone loudly proclaims their regret for multiple things, it is hard not to take notice. Which is why the entire Opera house began to gather around Dark's mangled corpse. Roy Salamandra realised all too late that he couldn't get down without Dark, and settled for leaning against the gargoyle's hip.
Meanwhile, someone pointed out that Roy Salamandra was standing where Dark had fallen from. Nobody would have cared, save for the fact that he was now juggling revolvers. One of which was still smoking.
"We caught the sniper!" exclaimed one.
"We're free!" cried another. The populace, rather than exercising their right to leave the Opera House, instead just resumed their normal business. The opera house was eventually formally renamed to "The Shire of Opera House-ville", and the people who had been trapped inside made a living off tourists who came to see the world's laziest squatter community.
Roy eventually got down, and wrote three books about Sniper addiction and how to fight it. Shoy became a professional undead vault for the queen, who would shove her necklaces into his zombie liver every night. Hirun and Dark started a country western band, and drove a bright pink RV into the ocean as a publicity stunt for their next concert: "Drivin' the ol' pink RV into the ocean". Taka went on to become a narrator for the new show Not a ripoff of LOST, but the pilot didn't get very good reviews.
THE END

I'm taking this space to thank you all for everything over my reign as GM. Now, I know I screwed up quite a lot, and I know many people were dissatisfied with my actions, and I'd like to apologize fully for that. To be honest, I probably wasn't ready to be GM, although I hope it didn't show too bad that I was a bit out of it.
To all the people that decided they wouldn't play this round: I'm sorry I couldn't please everyone, and I hope you find future GMs to be more suitable than I was. However, I think a majority of people not only remained active, but had an at least satisfactory time.
The people that sent me hate mail: Ironic that you continue to play, whilst telling me that I should give up now before I kill the game. Other things you guys suggested that I won't be doing: Dying, dropping my computer into the ocean, and getting a ******** life (That's a quote, not my words).
To all the people that decided they wouldn't play this round AND sent me hate mail: These were mostly the oldbies (No namedropping) that decided a n00b like me wasn't fit to GM. Well, the game clearly works without you. I'm not allowed to say it would be BETTER without you, but you should consider better tactics for having your opinions known next time.
It's funny, but I really wasn't ready for the game to be over. GMing is hard, especially when you have a schedule that doesn't always give you a half hour of writing time (An hour if you have writer's block). But even still I really had a good time, and I hope you did too.
People to thank:
Meru + Nymphie
I think meru has made it clear that she hates me, and I'm sure nymphie isn't fond of me either. Yet, they helped enormously in getting the game up and running, and I really couldn't have done it without them. <3 <3
Shoy + Hirun + Mori
These three are so awesome. Seriously. They're always there behind whatever decision I make, even if they disagree. They've all been so nice to me, the poor n00b who happened to wind up with this gig. And Hirun is especially awesome for taking over GMing with about twenty minute's notice. <<<<<<<<<<<33333333333333
Roy
I don't know what Roy thought about my GMing. He may hate me tot he core. But despite that, he was always kind and supportive, even when I screwed up or forgot things. Unlike some others who were very vocal about how much I suck.
The G Teamers
I don't know what happened to them, but they were very good up until their disappearance.
YOU (Time's person of the year)
Thank you to all of the players who voted, schemed, suspected, and generally gave me feedback. I love hearing what I did right and wrong, it it always feels good to know somebody got an in-joke or liked something I said.
All in all, I really appreciate this chance to GM, even if you guys all regret giving it to me. I'll make a thread stating who I'm not thanking later, but this is for all of the people who brought Game XI to life. I luff you all.
