Hello, my name is Brazen AiRonyo Sigilos. I have seen too many people who do not know the unwritten laws of the RP, so I have decided to write them. biggrin If anyone has a suggestion, or sees something is missing, please post it here, and as soon as I see the post, I will edit the rules to include or correct the problem. Thanks!
I have also decided to have a council, that will vote on proposed rules and contribute to them. If you wish to join this council, PM me with a request and include an example of your skills. It should be a paragraph long, and include dialoge, even if to yourself. Looking foward to your meassages! biggrin

Rules 1. Always read the first post of any thread before you try to join, and read the last two pages as well. This way, you know the rules to the thread, the story behind it, and the last few things to happen. 2. Always type properly. Please use punctuation and capitalization. It makes things so much easier to read. 3. If you have bad spelling, use a spell checker. It makes things so much easier. You don't need one installed on your computer, you can use one from the internet. Try this one.Don'ts hey gys whts up? i wnta join th stori! This is not the way to join a thread. Write yourself in, if everyone is in a forest traveling, then write that you are on the path, and they find you sitting there taking a nap. This is only an example, but you understand. Do not just write, "Hey guys, I want to join!", and then jump in like you've been there the whole time. Be prepared to be ignored a little until you can establish your character in the story line, people like to know where you stand in issues when you join a thread, so be ready to RP alone for a little while, until others get to know your character more. 3. If your going to play in any RP, then please post a profile in the Character Profiles thread. Here is the link to it. Post a Profile You can add general things about your character, such as size, weapons, abilities, looks, things like that which are universal to your character. 4. Never just jump into a thread. I can not stress this enough. People in an on going thread have plans going, I personally have had newcomers come in and almost ruin a very carefully laid plan just by trying to join, and not reading back a few posts to see what is going on. 5. Do not run on a personal conversation in a thread. Send the person a PM or an E-Mail, do not talk to them in an RP thread. This is consuming of time, energy, and patience to the other people in the thread. 6. Do not godmode. Godmoding is defined as such: Quote: When one plays a character that can never be destroyed, harmed, etc. The character, however, can hurt and/or kill the other characters without giving the other characters a chance. This is highly illegal in most, if not all, roleplays. Sarah = Regular player Bob = Godmodder -Sarah aims her arrows at Bob and then releases- -Arrows go through Bob and Bob jumps up and reaches into Sarah's chest and drags out her beating heart, squeezing the life out of it and killing her- Council Members Sigilos Terk Amara Spade Camoflage

I'll finish them after my SAT's tommorow. I need to get a good night's sleep, or I would do them now. Don't worry, I have most of them typed up, I just need to post them. By the way, I know for a fact I don't have all of the possible rules, I want everyone to post what they think is needed here, and I'll edit the post accordingly.

Bwa-hahaha, you shouldn't have done this. YOu know what's gonna happen right. Everyone's gonna come in and start with the, well, if you can't spell, you can't rp, or, if you're not able to write more than three sentences, you can't play!

Perhaps, but I think that most of the rules will be judged by a council. One that I have hand picked from the most experianced RP'ers.

Yea, I"m going to send special invitations to each of my selected people. I will also have more spaces open for people that want to join the council but I have proccess for that, to make sure we have only people that are good RP'ers, and people that are online often enough to be of value.

I'm sorry for dropping out of the RPs, but they weren't enjoyable anymore and Sigilos was busy and all that.
I invited you two to where I RP now-a-days, and I'm sure you could guess why I left if you know the title of the guild.
