The wind is blowing HARD.
So it picks up all the snow and makes it look like its snowing D:
Its all pretty and snowgloby until the wind hits my windows.
Then its scary. Like really scary.
Meru doesnt like wind
Or too much snow.
Or thunder
Or lightning.
Hurricanes, earthquakes, tornadoes, blizzards, most weather in general.
If it stays sunny for too long without any clouds I even get worried.
I dont like weather and it totally messed me up as a kid. I mean I was so freaked out by thunder my dad got me some headphones that construction workers use. You know that deafen ALL SOUND. I would go hide in the basement and wear those.
And I mean I dont live IN tornado alley. But it runs through eastern Colorado which is enough to scare me. OH and I use to sleep with the TV on in case the warning message went off. You know 'BEEP BEEP, The Natioanl Weather Service has issued....' yea so on. I mean I probably wouldnt wake up, but the fact that I knew I had a chance was good.
(I still cant sleep without the radio or TV but thats just because the noise and or glow comforts me. But its usually DVDs.... which cant relay warning messages XD)
In school was bad too. It would be like a rain storm and all the wind would freak me out and I wouldnt be able to stop looking out the window and I would get really breathless or almost cry. XDD Not that i dont like rain or snow. Just too much with wind or thunder and lightning freaks me out.
OH GOD and the tornado drills. The thought of being hunched over in a hallway with at the most a book covering our heads was just too much. The fact that we needed tornado drills didnt help D:
Then daycare. *shudders* We would ALWAYS have to go outside after snack time. And I would get so freaked out if the clouds were looking bad and everything. And we even had a tornado warning while I was there. And we all had to go down to the basement.
Which led to those months I would hangout in the basement and feel safe. And how I begged to switch rooms with my brother because his was downstairs.
