Fu sat grooming himself, he had tried to keep up with kallima with keeping tidy but it seemed like such a choir for him! his hair just never seemed to sit straight.... sometimes he wondered how she never managed to lick off all her fur! He sighed settling on the best he could before seaching the area for Kallima. He needed to head out hunting soon or there would be no supper tonight but he wanted to make sure she was alright before he managed to head out of the safe area.

Kallima lay dozing in a nearby tree, lazily watching her clan member attempt to clean his fur. She sighed, tempted to clean him herself. Such lovely fur... it's a shame he can't keep it smooth. But she saw the look in his eyes, one she had grown accustomed to since teaching the younger kura how to hunt. Fu was ready to hunt. Ever since he had exceeded her teachings the Floga Alpha had been more than willing to let the male do the hunting. After all, he obviously enjoyed it while to Kallima it was merely a necessity.

Sighing again about the state of his fur she stretched before gliding gracefully to the ground near him. "Off to hunt, Fubuki?" Her hard violet eyes softened ever so slightly as Kallima smiled at her now fully grown clanskura. "You make me proud." Then her lip curled in almost impish jest. "I'll see if I can't get your fur to behave better when you return."

Giving Fu an almost maternal lick to his ear Kallima stepped aside to indicate she approved of his going off to hunt.

Fu purred as he watched Kallima flutter down to him, a smile on his face. He puffed out his chest hopeing she would notice how well he tried to groom himself.
"Would you like rabbit today?" He answered as she asked him if he was off to hunt and he let out a giant purr when he heard how proud she was of him. The purr soon ended up turning into a deep blush when she mentioned his fur.
"I don't think my tounge works the same as yours" He said as he pawed at the dirt, looking down. He felt her gentle lick on his ear and lifted his head to look at her with a smile.

Rainberries

"Rabbit sounds wonderful." Smiling softly Kallima butted the underside of his chin with her head, nudging his head up. "Perhaps not. Or maybe I just have more practice." She chuckled lightly. "I cannot have you exceeding me in all things, can I?" A purr reverberated from her, as she reassured Fubuki. "You did well Fubuki. Besides, I do not mind helping you with your lovely pelt." Nuzzling him gently she smiled. "How about that rabbit?"

Fu smiled and gave her a quick lick, after she had given him a bunt. He purred and then quickly dashed off into the woods. Sniffing around he finally picked up the scent of mouse his limps ached to take after it but today he was hunting for rabbit. He slunked to the ground and began his search. After a while his hopes began to sink, as the scent of rabbit seemed to be no where in the territory. He sighed and settled on a couple mice and some mangos. It was a tough but he managed to carry both mice while rolling the mangos back to camp, hoping that he didn't mush the mangos too much.
He set down the mice and looked around for Kam, he felt bad he hadn't brang her a rabbit and laid down beside the fresh kill waiting for her as he cleaned his fur again.

Kallima was on her own type of hunt. Perhaps it was her alpha sense, perhaps something else; but whatever the reason the Floga alpha felt there were other misplaced eggs that belonged in her clan somewhere. If only I could find them! Kallima thought with exasperation. Then she sighed. Best get back to where Fubuki expects me. I wouldn't want to leave my clan waiting... Sighing that her clan was just the two of them when she knew there was more, Kallima hurried back as fast as she could and still retain her dignified manner.

She came upon him, her head tilting in surprise seeing the mice & mangos instead of rabbits. Really she did not mind -it was more curiosity that Fu had not found what he was looking for. Kallima winged down beside him, licking his ear in greeting. "Good job Fubuki. Melons go well with mice." Purring ever so slightly Kallima rubbed her muzzle against his cheek. "Let's eat. We can see to your lovely fur afterward."

Fu pawed at her playfully as she gave him a lick, trying to act tough. He purred as she rubbed her muzzle against his though and gave her a quick lick on the cheek.
"I couldn't find rabbit today" He said frowning.. "There was no scent of one in our territory" He paused hopeing that there was a simple answer to the problem, rather then a bigger one.
"Perhaps they have moved out of the area" He said frowning again, which quickly turned to a blush at the mention of his fur.. that happened to be messed up again from hunting.
"Bah! I don't know why I try! It will never be as lovely as yours" He said smiling.

Though pleased with the compliment Kallima was not keen on her clanskura's depreciation of his own fur. "Thank you, Fubuki. But do not give up on yours just yet." Casually she licked an errant fur that stuck out over his eye back against his forehead where it belonged then smiled at him before sniffing appreciatively at the mice. "As for the rabbits... we can look into that matter momentarily. Perhaps they migrate. Or we could have hunted them to closely. We might need to bring more in & let them breed up before hunting them again. Luckily, rabbits multiply quickly."

Picking a mouse the alpha began eating it delicately. Not that she had to, but because she could.

Fu swished his tail back and forth as he was being licked, his eyes half closed, he was tired from the hunt and let out a yawn. Though being sleepy wasn't gonna stop him from eating, one never knew when their next meal would be.
"Unless others are hunting our grounds?" He questioned having a look around there small camp wondering if there ever was anymore of em. "Do you think there are more of us? I mean.." He paused, he didn't want her to think he didn't enjoy her company "not that its awlful with just us two" He blushed and gave his chest fur a quick lick.

Kallima licked her paws & muzzle thoughtfully after finishing her meal. She groomed back a fur that had managed to go astray before answering. "I've not caught the scent of any hunters. As for others of us... yes. Yes I do think there are more. I haven't been able to shake this feeling that there are eggs or kits somewhere nearby. I searched while you were hunting... but to no avail."

To calm herself & give her something to focus on the alpha began to groom Fubuki. As the action started to take effect on her Kallima purred softly. "Perhaps if we searched together. Right after we have a nap."

Fu licked his muzzle cleaning off the last bits of his dinner before giving into a yawn.
"That sounds like plan." He said his mouth still open in a yawn, he felt tired and he laid down once Kallima started to clean him, he purred his eyes slowing closeing until he drifted off into a deep sleep.

Who: Any Floga, including eggs
When: As soon as Kallima & Fubuki awake
Why: Bringing the clan together
Where: Floga Lands, starting in the forest/jungle
How: Once started try to keep post order. If coming in, wherever you come in that will be the new order. I'll try to keep the post order updated.

A myriad of kits scampered through the moss and short grass by the base of where a rubber and mango tree had grown intertwined together. She peered from a branch near a natural hollow between the two trees where kura eggs lay protected & warmed with soft fronds on a bed of springy moss. Her tail flicked over the edge of the branch as she watched a kit bat at the rainbow ear feathers of her snow leopard patterned clanskura. He looked up at her & she smiled into his rainbow-hued eyes before jumping down to join them all in a game that was also a lesson.

Kallima awoke with a mental jolt. Except for being a little more relaxed than usual, her body showed no signs of reacting to the dream. Sighing, the Floga Alpha stretched her front legs & back, careful not to wake Fubuki where he slept beside her. Her thoughts were still on the possible meaning of her dream as she stretched first her right & then her left leg out behind her. That's what I get, falling asleep thinking about finding clan members. If only I wasn't so sure there were some out there!

Closing her violet eyes a second Kallima shook her head. She had not even seen that place before... what if it was not in Floga Lands? She fluttered her brown wings, slightly agitated with herself. At least she did not think she had seen it. Grooming her fur the rosy-brown kura touched up her grooming until the white tips on her paws shone beside the pale purple accents as she wracked her memories of their territory. Had she really been everywhere? Perhaps she was just being hopeful.

Gently she groomed down an errant strand of fur on Fubuki's head, just beside his ear. Satisfied that she was leaving him immaculate for the time being, the butterfly masked female wandered off to take care of waking procedures alone.

Fu twitched his ear when he felt the light lick of Kallima, He was deep in sleep and let out a loud snort. His legs started to move as if he was running, stirring up grass and dirt causeing him to get dirty! A small yip let his muzzle, and his eyes flew open. He shook his head not remembering what he was dreaming about, and looked around.
"Not again!" He said knowing the side he would be laying on would be covered in dirt.

The alpha passed a well filled berry bush on the way back & smiled. At least a meal for both of us can be had from that. As she neared and spotted Fubuki her chest fell.

"Oh... Fubuki..." Kallima sad with sorrow in her voice. And she had left him in such immaculate condition too.

Crack! A little fireburst of a kit tumbled out of a soft shell, ready to face the big world. A bit wet and sticky, the kit tried in vain to wash herself. Shaking her head clear, her trembling paws allowed her to stand for a second. Collapsing shortly, she mewed sadly. Crawling along, she spotted a berry bush. It looked delicious! Smacking her lips, she crawled up to it. Unfortunatly, she did not take not of the ditch in front of it. Falling, she rolled down and through the berry bush, popping in on a very surprised female.

Fu got up to his paws, his cheeks flushed with red embarrassed that he had gotten himself all dirty. He gave his body a shake to get rid some of the loose dirt that wasn't matten in. He quickly padded over to Kallima and gave her a quick lick.
"I'm ok" He said quietly mad that his fur was dirty again.
The berry bush did look delishous and he bit off a tig of berries and held it out to Kallima with a smile.
He didn't get a chance to give it to her before a kit had come rolling down in front of them! Dropping the berries he let out a surprised his almost pounceing on the kit thinking it could be a rabbit. He stopped himself as the creature was much a different color from a rabbit.
"Ahhh!!! Pisssttt!"
He let out trying to protect Kallima

If her smile was a bit forced the affection in her violet eyes for her clanskura was not. "We shall see to your pelt after we eat." Kallima proclaimed smoothly, turning to the berry bush. Her smile softened & warmed as Fubuki offered her some berries.

Her ears flattened & her tail shot out at the sudden noise coming from the bush. The alpha blinked at the small bundle of fur that came through. In her surprise it took the alpha a moment to shove the military stratagem that had popped into her mind almost automatically out of her thoughts. It was long enough for to be surprised again -this time by a familiar flash of white & gray flecked with prismatic colors and his clearly protective response.

The rosy brown female could not help feel a touch of joy at Fubuki's response. As the pieces of the sudden puzzle fell into place Kallima bent her head to touch the hunter male with her nose, herself calm again now. "Easy, Fubuki. It is a kura kit." With a nuzzle to his neck the alpha focused her attention on the small kura, inspecting it. "Floga, I'd warrant."

Hope flared in her chest. Another Floga clanskura! She knew there were more! Gently as the haughty alpha could Kallima lowered her butterfly masked face to the kit, whuffing gently. "Are you all right, little one?"

Giving her head a thorough shaking, the flame colored kit replied, "Me...? No where...go?" Taking a couple steps back at the silver ones aggressiveness, she snarled and jumped around him, almost in a yap-mew. When she was behind him, the little kit jumped on his back and tried to gnaw on his ears with her little teeth. "Meaaaanie! Scaaaawy!" she exclaimed.

Fubuki smiled and munched on the berries, of course they ended up all over his greyish pelt staining the his mouth.
He jumped back in surprise berry dripping from his face as something furry rolled into them.
"AHHH" he let out surprised, his face turned a rosey pink under the berry stains when she nudged him.
"Its a kit!" He said excitedly and sniffed at the young one before trying to five it a berry stained lick.

The alpha chortled ever so softly. "There now, little one. Fubuki was only protecting."

Using a paw Kallima worked to separate the kit from her hunter, lifting said kit up in her teeth by the scruff of her neck. How long was it now since she had been able to do this to Fubuki? She sighed happily, violet eyes glancing over the male. Long enough for him to have grown up very well.

Setting the kit down she smiled serenely. Every move she made regal. "As for having no where to go, that is easily amended. You may stay with us. Now then, young one, do you have a name?"

Sniffling a bit when she was placed on the ground and carried by the scruff of her neck, Naien said, "Ermph...Naien?" She had no idea. Naien just said whatever came to her mind, although 'Naien' sounded more like 'Nyen' than a name. Her words slurred together as saucer sized tears squeezed out from her tiny eyes.
