It felt like astral projection first off. It's been so many years since that happened but I know it at least starts out that way.
I 'wake up' in a strange city. But not in the middle of the city exactly, the outskirts of some city. All the houses were of similar design with very pointed rooves and peeling paint. The most popular colors I seen were a pale white-ish blue and a dark orange that may have been red before it faded.
It was so rundown that no one lived in any of the houses. I didn't see any people. When I looked down I realized also that it seemed like a mudslide or landslide had occurred. Some of the houses were sunken in the mud while others were only held up barely above it on poles. There were planks leading to each house and the planks looked fairly new so I figured whatever happened it happened recently.
I 'hopped' to a different place. (I can do that with projecting) Just a little ways away from the old houses. And I realized I was still downtown or in a really nasty town. But it was all starting to look...Weird to me. All the people I seen walking around were asian.
Why? I have no idea. I guess I was in some asian country.
The houses look more like that now but not exactly..they were really strange like a mix of modern spacey looking houses with hints of design of the old ones.
No one could see me. So that was another reason I know I was projecting.
I walk for I don't know how long and I honestly have no idea where I am. I hop to different places until finally I see someone else.
An asian guy just like all the other people. But this guy could SEE me and hear me and all of that. First time this has ever happened so I don't know if it was a dream or not.
"Hey who are you are you lost?" He asked me.
"Yeah I am lost." I said.
He smiled and said that it was okay and that he'd show me around. And I must have hopped behind the old houses because he led me to the back of them. But this time it was strange, when I got to the end of one of the planks and tried to float to the other side, something pulled me down. Like I was actually solid again.
He encouraged me though and said that the reason I was falling was because I was scared....So I just sucked it up and sure enough it worked the second time.
We went all around this little town/downtown...thing until he led me up to this house. When we went inside there were other people there all gathered around a computer and the room was dark. None of the other people could see me or hear me except him.
Now its starts getting even stranger. He stripped for the computer and then we left again O_o After he got his clothes on of course.
But I tried to stop him and them and naturally I couldn't since I couldn't touch them enough other than make them tingle.
We keep roaming around the city again when my sister, but now come to think of it it wasn't my REAL LIFE sister...okay its weird. In the dream or whatever the heck it was I know it was my sister. But my real sister doesn't act like that so. She was able to float and stuff too while our little friend wasn't.
Then he leads us to another house, his dads house, and walks inside. He goes in to another room and doesn't come out for the longest time. His dad is old and feeble and confined in a wheelchair but he can see us. After a long time I opened the door to the room my friend walked in and he was shot multiple times and dead on the floor.
His father said we weren't welcome there anymore so we left, whereas I woke up or came back or whatever.
thats all but I have the strangest strongest feeling that the guy in the dream is real and was real.

I must say, your dreams are insane. Anyway...
The guy stripped for the computer? What about all the other people there? What was on the computer? Also, who shot the guy?

lol i know my dreams are ******** up
I don't know who shot him. And yeah the other people could see him O_o weird huh
last night i had a REPEAT for like the 5th time of a different dream but i'm confused by it but for...all of your sakes i won't post it then XD;

Man, you get dreams like crazy. I get them rarely, when I do get them they are usually chains and pertain to some to some upcoming future event. Sometimes what they are showing me is obvious, other times it is not, when I had the dream of the strange creature being in my house, I didn't expect it at all to mean that I would actually see that thing in the middle of the day. Crazy life. I think you should post your recent dream so I can continue to be unable to help at all.

The dream I had lastnight is a dream I've had different times so I know it means something. But I should make a new thread of it and not post it in here
Yes. I have dreams every night. Most are just loony and don't mean anything, but they're always very very vivid. Everything I can do right now I do in dreams. Feel, hear, full color, taste, breezes, cold, heat, etc you name it.

Sorry I haven't gotten the chance to reply to this, I just read it now!
This seems very similar to the dream I had of the asian city. Let me try to remember back to it. The dream opened up to me and a few others opening a door on a couple stories high, up to a black railed concrete stair case. Almost like one of those motel buildings. We were told that our rides would drive us to our rooms or building and then we'd be given further instructions. And some of us, including me, were in walking distance to the dorms/rooms/place where we were suppose to go.
I remember thinking the placed reminded me of a desert, that the houses looked like middle eastern or something. Clay or sand sides, some sides were chipping, with reddish big clay shingles. The windows were hollow, some had glass, with sheets for shades at best. Some of the houses were more old fashion looking, and others looked more like a downtown area. With a more 'ghetto' feeling. I suppose that would've been a best word for it. A ghetto. A mix between spain, and the middle east. Only, like your dream, they were all asian. I remember for the most part, it was silent, once in a while you'd catch someone folding laundry in an upstairs window.
So, I walked out by myself, there might have been one other person, I'm not sure. And we travelled with our bags, like just a backpack or a duffle bag in hand. Walking down the street, not sure how far down, but it wasn't far. Then I stop to this area. There were houses all around, like apartments. Two story ones. And black steal railings going up leaningly to a platform. And then I meet the guy. Don't remember much more about him, just that he was probably my age, more or less. And he had the keys to the place. So we tred up to the door, he opens it. And its a small place but enough for a couple people to live. The livingroom was right when you walked in. There was a ratty sofa you saw right when you walked in, with different patches on it, like it had been recycled more than a couple times. Across from the sofa was a tv, pretty big screen for a 'poor' neighborhood as it seemed. The guy told me to wait here, that he needed to check with his roommates for a little bit, tell them I was there. So I dropped my stuff on the couch and waited. After a while, he came out with his friend (it gets alittle hazy), or brother, that was younger than him. He wanted to go shopping in the town like I was an old friend or something. The guy said, Ok, as long as it was okay with me. I said it was fine. As long as I didn't stray from what I was there for. He nodded and said something like "We're going to show you the whole city" and we left.
We tended to 'hop', similar to what you said, in and out of places, only we went through 'portals' in different rooms and shops. And, like I said, a bit hazy here. The last spot I remember being with them was a soda shop. I remember thinking that the younger boy wanted food and soda. And so we slipped through a backstore room wall, and came out at the soda shop. That had awesome soda there, all different kinds and flavors. I don't remember actually getting one though. And as I said before, some parts were fuzzy. This was the last time I saw them I believe...
The next thing I knew I was walking around by myself, maybe I realised I was astralling, as I usually do when I slip through different portals. I walked down a busy marketplace road, it was a wide street, and there were only a dozen vendors there. I kept walking and ended up near a cliff ledge.. and knelt down. I felt like something was going to happen and I needed to flee the area... some people were down the cliff fiddling with something, I got in a car then and then there was some shooting, or fire or something. I don't remember exactly what happened next but there were falling pieces of earth like an earth quake or an explosion, and peices of the sky were bright fire orange.
Um, either before or after that, I went to a more expensive section of town and found Gackt's apartment (or who I thought was Gackt) he wasn't there, but a few of his band members were. rofl Man, that place was the definition of posh. It was clean, and with some artsy paintings and prints on the wall, most were abstract. Not many furniture though. confused Oh well. One of them sensed me there, but couldn't find me. I thought it would be best to get out of there.
Yeah, Its very safe to say I have wild dreams as well. Very vivid and often became lucid. Have had them since I was pretty young. Kind of got used to it. And if they were ever to disappear, I don't know what I'd do. Sort of have had this 'dream life' or astral, that you get used to how things work and yea... neutral

Wow that is similar lol
I know I've always dreamed this way too. When I hear how everyone else dreams it makes me so sad that there's, literally, this whole other world they don't know about.
And the couch when he led you in the living room was like exactly the room! Seriously. Dark room, a reddish patchy couch, a big screen witch I thought was a computer monitor but could have been a TV...
Freaky. Lol
But I wonder why everything went bad =( maybe it got bombed?

Oh wow. Yea, crazy how things work.
You know I've read/been told on another forum (dreammoods.com) by a few people that just don't 'get' how the astral realm can exist, or even dream walking. And that it must just be everyones imagination.
Tis what I thought once upon a time, or atleast, I doubted the reality of it sometimes. But its times like these where you find someone else who was there too. And they can relive that day. Or if you go somewhere in a dream/astral trip you've never been too, and then later find out its a real place, and see pictures of it, and its like... it just sinks right into your heart, and almost gets ya teared up, especially if you have been there... without actually BEING there, and walking around with these other people as if it was just a 'normal' dream (normal for you!), and you wonder if its a past life memory or if you just kind of slipped there astrally for a bit. Pretty neat. One place that holds that 'exact' feeling is St. Matthias on Castle Hill in Budapest. I'll have to tell about it lately though its 5am!! XD
Hey, P.S. While its in my mind. That asian kid. If I remember correctly, was he wearing like a jacket, dark, almost leather or pleather. And acting like his all that. XD. I thought he was kind of neat. It was nice to have a guide for once. Sometimes I have one.. but not really... visual like that. -shrug-...

He was middle height, kinda lanky (skinny), with not very long hair but not short.
His attitude was hmm...Carefree, goofy, I guess flirty in a immature way.
I'm trying to remember what he wore...
I remember a white t shirt and either black or blue jeans but I'm leaning towards blue. I think he was wearing a jacket too because I remember not being able to see his arms and I know he just had a T-shirt on. But for whatever color it was I Don't remember exactly. I'd lean towards a dark reddish crimson color.

Like if you originally remember something yellow and green, later you'll say it was red and orange. XD Thats why writing or drawing what happened is a good Idea. then you can go back and be like 'really? oh it must be then'

HA wouldn't that be awesome if we could dream something at the same time XD It would be like..some sort of adventure you'd see in an anime lol
