Based on Love Hina, I just can't imagine Negi with anyone BUT Asuna (but only when he's older, because otherwise it's creepy).

Chachamaru's crush is cute. :]
But mostly I think he goes well with Nodoka.
Not Yue, she has decided that Nodoka is for Negi and we have to apprecite it.
Makie is too happy-go-lucky to Negi, she'll find another boy.
Setsuna or Konoka neither, they're for each other.
Evangeline, Fei Ku, Kaede, Satsuki... No, no.
Not Ayaka either. She's too perverted. She should definetaly be with an older guy. stare
Chizuru - absolutely no. She shouldn't be with Kotaro either.
And not Ako either...
Chao and Negi would be cute pair for sure. It might work.
Asuna and Negi are like siblings. They shouldn't be with each other in that way. Besides, Asuna goes better with older guys. I think she and Takahata-sensei could be a great pair, if Takahata wasn't that old.
So, mostly I stand for Nodoka and Negi.

Its cute. But otherwise i bet it wouldn't work too well. I would love to see him with Evangeline! It would be more funny with him and her than him and asuna. But Makie is good too... But the best match would prob be Nodoka.
